Campground was clean, bathroom facilities were very good. Storage bins for food were also at each site.

The campground itself has everything you would need. Just keep in mind this campground is at a lower elevation than others, so it is HOT in the summer. It was nice to be close to town with food / brewery though.

convenient although we felt it somehow not as clean and tidy as other locations, where toilettes were pristine in comparison. Also, the place we were was very very close to the next place and our neighbors were a bit too close for our taste (and I think theirs too). They were very kind and tried to not overlap our time making fire, etc... , but we felt like some additional bushes or consideration to create more separation would help. We also suffered mosquitos pretty badly unfortunately. Such things are quickly forgotten when walking among the sequoias of course...

Pretty good. Site #2 had a lot of space to spread out on mostly flat ground. Bathrooms are average. Host was friendly.

Campsite is very well maintained and cute. Sites are too close together in my opinion. The camp host couple is the absolute best!

Good for NPS campground. Most sites were sloped, as was stated in details.

Nice spot, just be aware you have to drive to see the sequoia groves. Good spot for large vehicles/rvs as the road gets much tighter past this point into the park.

The best place

First time camping where we were threatened by nearby campers after 10PM because they refused to turn down the music that they were blasting through the night. We kindly asked them to turn it down as courtesy because of quiet hours, but instead they threatened that they could just put us to sleep. We called the rangers, who responded ASAP, which was reassuring, but decided to leave the campsite altogether. Well have to visit Sequoia another time.

Great weather and stay! Restroom needed more attention but campground was well maintained. The entire campground was booked yet most campsites were empty. Tabletop waterfall hike was nice yet half of the hike was remnants of the fire that hit the park. Easy to get to the campground but almost 2 hours away from the giant tree museum.

Major Issues

convenient location but not great for RVs. No hookups and we only have a small class B but the inclined spaces made it difficult to do anything without things (including small kids) from falling.

Being right next to the Marble Falls trail is pretty great. The local fauna likes to hang around the campground. It's nice, but lock up your food. Seriously, I saw a bear when I was there.

If available, get a camp site farther from the entrance as there is road noise during the day. At night, there is not much traffic so it is not so much of an issue. Easy access to the swimming hole across the road. Very refreshing during the summer but probably not safe during the spring run off season.
