We loved this campsite. It's a tent only area which made it a nice quiet stay. The sites and bathrooms were well kept. There is a slope to this site but the main area for the tent was flat and there a low slung tree that provides excellent shade all day. Check out the trails at the dump site just across from the camp area. There's a great access area to a very nice part of the river.

Sequioa was great but most of the places to visit are not close to the campsite. Site not flat

Camp site was overgrown with weeds and bush. Camp spot was not clearly marked on the road. Firewood was stolen. Would not come again.

We stayed here 4days/3nights, and it's the perfect place to camp. The toilets were very clean for a campground. The hosts were very kind. We did not have any problem at all. A minor drawback of our experience was that only one camper was listening to loud music on the first day which was stopped during quite-hours, which can happen everywhere. This happened only on the first day and the remaining 3 days were great.

Site #12.
I loved it! I personally don't mind, but the site is a little slopey. I pitched my tent right under the tree so shade all day long. It gets really sunny at the picnic table so I had my own table right next to my tent during the day. Peaceful quite safe. I would definitely go here again.

The actual campsite was nice however the overall experience wasn’t great. Families ran extension cords into the bathrooms so power projectors and speakers to watch movies outside and beer cans were scattered about the campground. Probably won’t camp there again

We really enjoyed this campground for a lot of reasons. First, it was really quiet. We didn’t have problems with noise or obnoxious neighbors. Second, proximity to the river was amazing! Walking for 5 minutes got you there and we spent a lot of time finding rocks and enjoying the scenery. Third, the bathrooms were clean and they had a wash basin outside of it. Very handy for us in our spot. Finally, the trail head in this campground near the river (I think it’s 6 miles) is breathtaking! My husband and older daughter went and said it was their favorite part.

There were just a couple things we would want others to keep in mind. First, it gets rather warm. We were there in the beginning of May and we got warm in the afternoon. I would want to plan on being elsewhere during the day (hiking, somewhere in Sonora park) if it were June through August. Second, the campsites can be crooked and close together depending on where you are. Look at the map closely to determine proximity. Finally, we didn’t have a camp host. On our last day, there was a snake in our campground. We don’t know if it was a young rattlesnake or a copycat snake. Either way, we don’t want to mess with it. There are signs near the bathroom to tell your host right away if you come across a snake. My husband went to find the camp host and someone had set up camp there accidentally (they had a different spot) and there was no host to be found. SO I would keep those points in mind if planning to camp here.

We would definitely come back!

Beautiful campground! The bathrooms were clean and maintained. A lot of wild life around and river near by.

Campground was nice overall. I was not completely happy with our particular campsite. The site was small and the ground was very uneven. The picnic table, which was broken and needed repair, could not even sit level. It really needs a maintenance crew to come in and level the ground near the fire ring and picnic table. Even camps chairs would not sit level. For a paid site in a National Park campground, I hope for better. Everything else was good.

Lots of distance from the other camp sites which was a pleasant surprise. Water was available and easy access to the nice clean restrooms. I’d love to stay at this spot again!

Nos gusto mucho, pero nos encontramos con la sorpresa de que no tenian ducha, asi que tengan en eso en cuenta, somos de Florida y aca todos los parques tienen ducha.
