We have not been received in the campground. I received an email saying that reservations from the 13th Sept will be affected, but mine was on the 12th. I even called before and you confirmed it is open. We went there just to be kicked out in the dark. Horrible experience..

Great site, not too close together, friendly host and close to the sights while still being relatively quiet.

Site and campground was very clean. The camp host was helpful, upbeat and very friendly. He did his best to keep the bathrooms clean and stocked. We very much enjoyed our stay. Again, the camp host was GREAT! Friendliest one Ive ever met.

Fishing, Lodgepole, hiking various trails, Roaring River Falls, Big Stump Grove, Boole Tree trail, Tokopah Falls and the hike from Lodgepole to General Sherman Tree. Extremely disappointed that flush toilets and running water bathrooms were removed during Covid-19 pandemic. Pit toilets and no sinks are definitely more water conscious and will likely lead to shorter stays or more serious campers visiting bringing their own. All the facilities well maintained and clean considering they are now over 2 years old.Camping in the 40 sites do have a little highway noise. Better to get closer to the sites in low 30s and 20s near creek to listen to gurgling stream when sleeping!
