I was there for three days two nights and it was perfect, the camp host kept everything clean and maintained plus he kicked out people who did not have a reservation that were trying to take over a site was already reserved, all the campers were respectful to each other, no loud music or partying till late at night, on Sunday I left at 6am to go hiking and i had left all my stuff out i came back at 1pm and all my stuff was still there, there are campgrounds mainly at lower elevation were you can't do that, i can't wait for next year when this camp ground opens back up

The folks in the camp site next to me had loud music all day, nobody told them anything, ive made 300 miles to be in the middle of the forest and hear the nature but there is people that dont care, we had to leave 1day before planned, a shame.

The location was amazing! Right in the centre of all the main attractions (General Sherman, Kings canyon, Hume Lake, and Tokopah Falls) Kings canyon was unfortunately closed when we went but, I still recommend driving past it since it was absolutely breath taking! Our campsite was a perfect distance from the neighbouring campsite, it gave us just enough privacy while still able to meet other campers! Lastly, fires were not banned which means smores and hot dogs! All in all, it was the perfect campsite!

I really appreciated the groundskeepers & the spots were right next to each other. I also liked that the general store was less than a mile away. I would definitely like to check out other spots within the campground.

The sites are very small with a very small turn radius. We have a small teardrop camper and could not make the sharp turn to get into our site. The roads in this campground are very narrow. We had to give up and luckily found something else at another nearby campground. I feel that this campground should be tents only.
