quite, clean and beautiful camp ground. we were group of 11 men and reserved three sites 15, 16 and 20. But when reached there realized that site 13 is a double site and almost triple the size of any other single. Hence we switched 16 and 20 with 13 and it worked out really well. Camp Host Jack was super helpful and accomodating. Site 13 is also just next to restroom as well as in front of water faucet.

I understand the need to cull insect infected trees and diseased trees but I dont understand why the Forest Service needs to build a bonfire and semi burn the behemoth logs and they burn them where tents are usually set up! Furthermore, they dont haul them out, either! Space is a premium!Michele and her husband were very good hosts and kept the bathrooms very clean!Weather was nice; great surprise thunderstorm and other campers were very respectful of the park rules.

Campsite 25 was okay considering we had to fit 12 people within that little campsite. Ryan and Larry, the campsite hosts were very attentive and helpful in trying to resolve our bad situation. Now campsite 16, well, read my review about that!

Was pleasantly surprised. Enjoyed the area. The hiking trail was excellent. Camp host very friendly. We had no problems when we got there. Plenty to do. Over all will go back soon.

Bill and Carrie were our camp hosts during our scout troops one week stay. We had 41 campers the week of June 15-21.The camp hosts were attentive and cordial and worked with our large troop of scouts. They made many helpful recommendations for the area and suggested we use Power bait while at Hume Lake. And it worked!The campground was kept clean and stocked. They even used a blower on the parking pad and kept the fire pits at a good level. They helped recommend an area for our wilderness survival campers to spend a safe night while working on their merit badge. Bill and Carrie kept the camp quiet during designated times so all had an enjoyable time. We would definitely camp here again.

We had a great time at the Princess Campground! We normally don't camp in campgrounds because we're a Jeep couple (his and her Jeeps) and we have a little tow behind trailer we built that can go anywhere our Jeeps can go, so we usually stick to more rural, remote areas. This particular trip was to meet up with family/glampers so a camp ground was needed. The Host at the campground we're awesome! We arrived a day earlier than our family so we were able to chat a little more with the camp host. They came by every day and checked on us as they made their rounds. It was a nice little good morning as we made breakfast. The pit toilets were always extremely clean and even smelled clean!!! If you have ever used pit toilets that's not common. The campground itself was always clean, the sites were clean and enough room between each site with the trees it didn't seem like we were as close to each other as we were. The area is gorgeous and weather was perfect the week we were there for me (normally this area is pretty cool/cold) but coming from the desert, I appreciated the 90 degree days and 40 degree nights, still much cooler than home. Definite shout out and Thank You to the two awesome camp host!! We'll definitely be back!!

Beautiful campground! Perfect to accommodate a 30ft RV. We went at the end of may and it was snowing. The campground was very clean. We used the fire-pit every day. The ranger was very friendly and was able to provided us with information about the park.
