One of my favorite places to go camping.

Hume Lake campgrounds was a beautiful setting for a family reunion. The campgrounds and bathrooms are clean. Spend the day on the lake which is within walking distance. Or walk to town for an ice cream or boat rental.

This camp ground is a fun place, but not peaceful if that is what your looking far. It is very close to the kids summer camp which brings cheers and megaphone talking way past 10 pm. Not anyones fault but they also started logging the fallen trees at 6 AM!! (to wake to a massive tree stump being dropped into a metal truck is quite an eye opener) the sites were spread nicely. Also was not thrilled that the lake access for the campground was shared with public parking. but on the good side just join in,,, a short hike lead you to the Hume summer camp where you could get ice cream and burgers or pizza or rent a canoe. so if you have kids, bring bikes and join in the fun

Nice quiet lake with no loud boats/jet skies. only electric motors allowed and boats are limited in size. Christian camp has a great little restaurant with great food.

No water at any of the water spigots
