It was a lovely campground with lots of space in the sites. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to the wildfires/smoke but we would definitely come back...maybe not in September though ;)

Glacier View is well laid out, with the majority of sites feeling quite private or far enough from neighbors. While some sites have poorly placed fire pits (close to a hill that prevents seating on one side, or are close to trees) the majority of sites are spacious and accommodating for large groups. My only lament about this campground is the lack of hook ups. Were in an RV and the sound of generators dont bother us, but it would be nice if generators werent needed! Overall its a good campground that really shines because of its location, family-feel and large sites.

Redfish Lake is an Idaho treasure everyone should enjoy at least once. The campgrounds are laid out well and are well maintained. This was my first time at Glacier View and found it to be very quiet and kind of off the beaten path compared to some of the other campgrounds.

This is a gorgeously-located, clean, well-spaced out campground. Site 7 and those on that side of that loop back up to the beautiful creek flowing out of Redfish Lake. Bathrooms were clean. Camp Host for this summer was very helpful and seemed omni-present; he even helped me load my cooler back into my car. You can easily walk to the beach (at least from Site 7).
