You listed potable water as available at the San Antonio campground. We took this as the truth and showed up with a dry camper to a dry campground. You had turned the water off TWO DAYS PRIOR to our arrival and didnt tell anyone. Because of this, my wife, myself and my dog spent an ENTIRE DAY of our vacation driving back to Albuquerque to get water. I returned home to find an email sent AFTER we departed, but there is NO CELL COVERAGE in or near San Antonio campground, so it had no effect. If you plan to turn off the water to a campsite that is listed to have potable water, you need to do that WEEKS IN-ADVANCE OF THAT ACTION!You owe me a day of vacation.

Had to use our rakes to clean the site from pine needles and debris. BBQ and fireplace full of ashes and briquettes. Trails still covered in pine needles, dangerous for seniors and others wanting to enjoy the trails, 4-wheeler running on trails, no interaction from Camp Host. Never saw the Camp Host in 7 days, AWOL.

We love this campground and try to go 2-3 times per year. This experience was different however. The campground host was practically non existent. There were no reservation tickets posted at any of the sites. They never came through the campsites and I never saw them cleaning the site after campers left. Vault toilet was out of toilet paper the whole weekend.

The campsite was so nice. The camp host was not very good at keeping things cleaned and picked up. While we were there, the bathroom was cleaned only one time. Lots of outside traffic driving through the campground. Camp host not visible very often.
