For me personally I always looked for very dispersed camping, just always prefer to be far as possible away from other campers, it was still an amazing experience, everyone nearby was polite and kept to themselves. The campground host was by far one of the nicest people we've ever met. His name was either Tim or Tom. Extremely clean sites, he was even leveling out the road in the middle of the day, making sure everything was perfect for everyone on the campground. He even helped a random person that came through change a boat tire. Bathrooms were very clean as well.

Great Host. Good trees blocked sun. Water bib close by. Restrooms clean. Quiet except for minimal highway noise.

We had a wonderful campsite. The sites are far apart so you didnt really notice others. The camp host was very friendly. The toilets were smelly and the camp host said there was nothing he could do to deodorize them. We would go back.

The Target Tree campground is an amazing campground. The camp host had every site raked and ready for use upon our arrival. We didn't see any campsites that we would not have liked; of course some were better than others. Our only complaint was that a group of young teen and pre-teen boys were in the campground the second night of our stay and made terrific much noise and the chaperones didn't do anything to quiet them down. I'm not sure if the camp host tried to quiet them down or not, but they were whooping and hollering until about 1 am. It is in a beautiful area with pine trees and scrub oak and was perfect for touring Mesa Verde National Park.

One of the nicest and cleanest campsites. Campsites are private. Close to the highway, but not so much (traffic noise is not a big issue). 15 minutes away from Mesa Verde.

Host was great. Water spigots were nicely spaced. Found one Target Tree. Did a hike but the campground doesnt offer great hiking/trails. Convenient access

Quiet and clean. Perfect location for us to get an early start at Mesa Verde. Sites are spread out enough to have privacy. Campground was easy to get to and car spots were very spacious.

We got a spot with a wood deck and viewed out to the area and it was gorgeous! Water was already present at the campsite for fire safety. We had smores with our family that had a spot one over. Great family memories we made. Thank you so much!

I have spent nights here in June/July for about 30 years. The location is always gorgeous, grounds are always well cared for, restrooms are always clean, hosts have always been friendly. They take very good care of this campground. I have only explored nearby hiking a short distance but it worth taking a walk if you have the time.

Excellent location for Mesa Verde NO and Canyons of the Ancients. Very clean bathrooms and attentive hosts. We would stay here again.

What a well kept nice campground. The host, Tim, was so very helpful and makes sure to keep it nice and clean. We ended up staying longer than expected. Its easily excitable to Durango, Telluride, Ouray, all the fun places without the congestion. Wonderful experience

Target Tree Campground is lovely campground in a beautiful forested setting. The campground is close to Mancos for groceries and other amenities, and a 15 minute drive to Mesa Verde for a day trip. The camp host, Blaine Gott, is excellent. He stopped and chatted with everyone to make sure you were OK. We extended our stay and he was very accommodating in finding us a new site. We will go back!

Beautiful, quiet and clean campground with large sites. Camp host is fantastic! We go to Target Tree every year, and would certainly go more often if we had the time.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
