Serrano is our favorite campground. We go twice a year, spring and fall. Campground staff is always friendly and helpful. Grounds are neat and well maintained.

We visit the Serrano campground in Big Bear a number of times a year. The camp host's are helpful, and maintain the campground exceptionally well. We enjoy hiking, biking and kayaking. I recommend hiking the Cougar Crest trail to Bertha's Peak. It's a great hike with beautiful views of the San Gorgonio Peak. We're looking forward to out next visit.

Such a beautiful area. Camping right in the mountains with huge trees everywhere. We camped in the RV section with full hook ups and the sites were well spaced and level. Several trails in the area close by and a beautiful lake to enjoy.

Excellent hosts, friendly and helpful. Beautiful atmosphere in the campground. Great hiking/biking trail along the lake. Bathrooms are spotless. Depending on your neighbors, it can be very quiet or a little noisy, but not really a problem. Lots of kids, which for us, is nice to see. This is where memories are made.
For us...close to home so a common destination. Overall, nothing negative to say.
