I've been camping at Serrano for over 20 years. Always clean and the camp hosts are super friendly. Location is fantastic. Can't wait to come back next year!!!

Very nice friendly staff, restroom and showers very clean. Nice scenery and bike paths to the lake.

One of the cleanest campgrounds ever! Well maintained facilities, lots of space between sites, quiet at night & loved being close to the bike trail. This site had full shade, along with the neighboring sites. The opposite side of the street is full sun.

Best campsite ever!!! Loved the cleanliness and the amenities of having a restroom and hot shower available if needed. Had a lot of ample space between sites! Will be back!!!

I’ve been here a couple of time. I always try to get the same site. It’s spacious. Clean. The attendant’s are really friendly. The bathrooms are really clean. I love it.

Serrano is a gorgeous campground with diverse settings. From tree covered to open-air-star-filled sites, anywhere you set up camp will be a beautiful view. You can take a walk through the site’s many loops, or take the bike path to the visors center or down to the lake. There is plenty of hiking nearby, including Cougar Crest Trail, which winds up the mountain to give you breathtaking views of Big Bear Lake, connects to the famous PCT, and is a short walk from camp! Serrano is beautifully kept by very friendly camp hosts, and sites are fairly well spaced from each other. The bathrooms are always cleaned and well stocked, and the roads and sites are pristine. I love camping here!

The campground is walking distance to the lake. It was a great experience, where we witness the pioneering of trunk or treat event to entertain and make the campers happy. It worth the drive to spend our 2 nights experience at Serrano Campground. Will definitely reruning possibly in Spring time.

Great place to camp. Bathrooms were cleaned every day and well lit. We stayed in site 118. Lots of space with a good distance between you and the neighbours. All the employees were very kind. Would stay here again. Also just a short drive from stores, gas stations etc which was so convenient

I stayed at 118 which shouldnt be called lake view Cones:1- Not Lake view as advertised 2- Mens restrooms didnt have hot water at least the ones i usedPros:1- restrooms clean2- flush toilets 3- shower open and clean4- campground maintained and no trash around 4- couples trails around for good hikes.

Always love Serrano! I have camped here in the RV loop about 7 times and never a problem. Well maintained and pleasant.

We had a great time at this campground. The location is great, the park is kept up beautifully, staff is very friendly and the sites are kept very clean. They even give out giant dog treats at the ranger station. 5 stars. We will be back. Thanks to everyone on the park team there.

Date of visit: 11/14/20The staff on duty were friendly and helpful,The check-in/Check-out process was easy.The campground was clean and well cared forThe bathrooms were well taken care of,I am appreciative and thankful for the open spot, and the ability to take my son and nephew out for a night of camping in the snow. We'll come back.

Great campground with clean facilities! They even had soap in the restrooms that were cleaned and stocked daily. Walking distance to Big Bear Lake but obstructed view of the lake. Bring your bikes as it is very close to the Alpine Pedal Path. However, there were groups of non family members that stayed at the campsites and were loud that they did not enforce. But it was easy to social distance from them at least.
