Staff was so wonderful and the campsites were set up great. You could walk down to the lake from the campsite, and we saw lots of blue jays and bunnies around. Only downside was the SHOWERS. You have to push in a button continuously to make the water go, it's high up, and really hard to push. As a 5'0 ft person that lifts weights I was extending my arm almost fully above me and had to lean all of my weight into it, which makes it hard to actually move so water can get anywhere besides the top of my head. Children and more noodly individuals will definitely need someone else in there to help press the button. If your group consists of weight lifters or just tall people it's worth it.

This campsite is perfect. Pristine condition. The staff is amazing and incredibly helpful. The only issue I had was with the fire pits. They don’t emit any warmth around the side due to the insulated design.

We had a big group so we pitch tents at campsite #18, 19, 20 and 21. 19/20 were double sites and each site had a table with a fire ring. Serrano has Lots of trees for shade and nearby restroom were clean and well maintained with hot showers. Camp hosts has fire logs for $8. Took advantage of the nearby trails. Vehicles must be reversed on the site driveway just in case of an evacuation. Big bear lake also nearby to do water activities and local stores for groceries or restaurants about 7mins away. So far my top 3 campground for the San Bernardino area and will definitely return.

Nice clean restrooms, very clean campsites. The other campers were reasonably quiet and respectful. Short walk to the beach! Huge campsites.

No showers.Me and my friends had to try to sleep in our filth after a day of hiking for 9 hours at San Giorgonio. It was disgusting and the camp host was rude.
