We stayed a Friday and Saturday night. Friday night our neighboring site was very loud till almost 2 in the morning and nothing was done. Several other campers called into complain but they partied the next night as well which dampened the experience.

Campsite was extremely clean, along with the restrooms. The staff was very helpful and gave us fishing spot tips.

Exprience overall was good, the staff was not particularly helpful with possibly changing to the electric RV loop, but we managed.

It was a quick little get-away for me and my Senior neice. We enjoyed the time, hikes and adventures together, It was such a wonderful memory. The other campers were so delightful. The camp ground was close to Big Bear Village so we got some shopping in too.

Great 1st experience in 20 degree weather. Location was perfect. Close to the restrooms and less than half a mile to the Lake.

We had an excellent experience at Serrano. For a campground that large, the sites are nicely spread out and you still get the sense of being in the wilderness. The bathrooms were incredibly clean. Just be aware that because of the freezing temperature, most water pumps are closed, but there is still some drinking water available at the dump station. Would definitely come back!

This campground is great. Super well cared for, clean, and beautiful. Awesome location about 10 minutes from the village. I suggest the Lakeview Loop when choosing a site. So close to the water and away from the busy street. If you're going to Big Bear, this is the place to camp. And for $37 a night! Amazing

This campground was very noisy: lots of campsites close together; helicopters over the lake; boats on the lake; packs of coyotes howling at night - so not the most restful for tent-camping. But the campsite itself was pretty, the facilities were clean; the trails were pretty

Overall enjoyed our stay with 2 young kids. It's really close to a great paved biking path. We camped in the Lake View Loop, honestly we didn't have a view of lake, but the lake access was about 400 yards from Lake View site 108 . Also restrooms were near and very clean. There were only a handful of sites that had a view. As for the lake access, there was no beach. It wasn't really inviting to sit on, but for lake access to paddle, kayak, etc. it was easy access. There are a lot of sites in this campground, therefore you are close to neighbors, everybody seemed very respectful of noise and space. Camp hosts were friendly.
