I wanted to stay 1 extra day but they told me know because weekends have to be 2 nights even though campground was almost empty and my spot was available, so we left and they lost money

have camped at Serrano 5 times now and we really enjoy the campground. Camp Hosts are always available if you need any help. Love the bike/ walking path. Bathrooms have been clean when weve been there (although we stay in our 5th wheel and have never used a shower there) Big Bear is a beautiful area. Have enjoyed taking our dog to the Dog Park. The Zoo in town is small can be done in a couple of hours. Have enjoyed being close to town and just sitting in my campsite playing games and looking at the beautiful scenery

The campground is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is friendly and fantastic. We were in the Snow Berry loop and the site was very spacious. We could ask for more. Very close to the bike path that leads to Big Bear. We cant wait to come back.

Love camping at Serrano. Always clean and well managed. The campsites are far enough away from each other so that you feel like you have your own private, mountain oasis.

always a beautiful campground, well kept. Getting reservations are very difficult because they allow reservations up to 6 months in advance whether they show up or not. online always looks booked.

Great campground. We were there midweek at the end of sept. Got chilly at night but shorts and t shirts during the day. Having the pedal path right there is a huge plus. Rode our e bikes to town and to the nearby trail heads. Rangers were very friendly. Fire pits were awesome. Will be back!

The water was out in our camp ground when we got there. We did receive an email several hours before we arrived so we knew which was very helpful. We have stayed here several times and every time has been wonderful

Our 1st day we needed to move due to heavy snow on the ground, Emily at Snowberry Park was great help finding us a replacement spot. She was very helpful and made sure we were doing fine all week. We had a good time and will return some day.

Clean and good size campsites. Issue with water due to broken pipe by road construction workers but staff kept us informed. Firework show was amazing as usual.

I have been to Serrano for several years, mostly good visits. However, during my last stay for one night only I had some neighbors in space 42. They arrived in the late afternoon, set up a tent, that should have been a clue, and the noise started. A man, what I thought was his wife, and two children, around 8 or 10. They argued for hours, until about 1:00 AM. They were yelling and cursing. The neighbors you never wanted. They finally went to sleep. The next morning we observed more arguing, the children were shooting the wild life with what appeared to be BB guns. The kids were playing with what was about a 18" machete, hitting and stabbing the trees. They finally left. These guys were not the kind of neighbors you expect when camping. My wife notified the campground staff that next morning, she was told there is security that goes around at night. We don't know why they never heard or saw these people and their shenanigans. We are not looking forward to this type of neighbors again.
