Nice, clean, spacious campground with showers, toilets, and drinking water. I just wish the rangers or other employees would help enforce some of the rules because I had people riding bikes and walking through my camp and some people were being pretty loud past 10pm. If it was cheaper or free I wouldnt complain but the sites cost close to $50 an night. Otherwise its a great camp.

Nice and clean. Accessibility to everything, yet far enough away. A bit too close to the highway if daytime noise bothers you. Usually the staff is great but the gal in the check in shack was having a bad two days.

The employees are awesome. Ive been here probably 5-10 times over the years and its always nice, bathrooms are spotless, and its usually pretty dang quiet after 10pm which is nice, because I dont have to go yell at someone keeping me up.

Within walking distance to Big Bear Lake. But the fishing was sub-par, caught 0 fish. Campsite was a tad bit noisy and not far enough away to not hear cars.

It was a big enough site to comfortably fit 5 tents/ 8 people in total. It states 2 cars per campsite although upon arrival I was the second car of the group and ended up having to pay? $8 no biggie. Fun site :-)

The campsite is great! But the spaces are very close to one another. We had the worst neighbors too! Very loud all night, till almost 3 in the morning! They were blasting their music. The park rangers came by and told them to turn it down, which they did for like 20 minutes... then it was way back up again. Poor enforcement for sure, I wish they had a stricter policy. The lake is a walking distance away! There is an awesome bike path that follows the lakeside which is great and the scenery is excellent! All in all, I rated it a 3 due to the enforcement not being adequate, otherwise, I think we would try this campground again to get a better experience!

Serrano campground is a nice camping space, the location is convenient, close to trail heads, close to the lake, and you can take a 5 min drive to the town. Bathrooms were super clean and the site in general was pretty well maintain. I will definitely go back!!!

Location was great! Campsites were great. Staff was great! We definitely want to return!
