Campsite was well maintained and the bathrooms were easily accessible and clean. Our campsite (087) was walking distance to a great trail and a few minutes walk to the lake. Camp hosts were awesome, will definitely be back!

The campground is very nice, but the showers were terrible. I couldn't get them to stay on for more than a second and the water was freezing cold and the spray was uncontrollable.

Pristine location. Very well maintained spacious campsite with friendly staff. We camped in #87. We loved camping here. Bathrooms are clean, shower has hot water but needs constant push for on and off. Easy walk to the lake, hiking trails nearby and minutes drive to Big Near Lake city center. Most definitely come back here.

Very nice campground to say the least. The bathrooms were always kept clean and stocked. The kiosk at the front had firewood for sale. We went when it was snowing and it was extremely cold but campfire took care of that. We stay at site 87. Your neighbors are a little close but its cool if theyre not loud. Looking forward to coming again.

Totally surpassed my expectations. Me and my family had an amazing 4 day camping trip here. The park is super clean, the bathrooms are clean, the showers are nice. Highly recommend

Can't beat the location! Overall, nice campground, though you won't have solitude. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. The showers are clearly ageing and probably need to be completely overhauled. One, at least, had only ice cold water when I stayed. But the showers are really my only complaint. The campground backs up to the bike trail, so bring your bikes. The lake is a short walk down the trail. Only a few minutes from town for groceries, etc.

The campground is very spacious and well maintained in an absolutely beautiful location. The camp hosts were very accommodating when we asked for a more solar site to charge our batteries. Many opportunities to appreciate natural beauty of the area.

The weather up in the mountains was much cooler than down in the valley. This campground is right next to a great paved biking and walking path and it's a short 5-10 minute walk to Big Bear Lake.

Very cool with lots of shade and walking distance to the lake. The lot is very roomy with a good amount of distance from neighboring campers. The bathroom is clean and well-lit. The shower rooms are available now, but hot water is not easy to use. We had a good time there.
