We've been here several times and it's one of our favorites now. Great for kids. Walking distance to the lake, clean bathrooms, good cell service, friendly staff, lots of shade.

Double campsite was very nice. Plenty of room for large groups. Plenty of shade for comfort and a couple of hammocks. My only recommendation is earplugs for sleeping. Main road can generate loud noise from traffic since it's very close to site. Yes, even at night!

Great campground and staff. Unfortunately the hypocrisy of 1 campground host giving us a hard time about tires touching the dirt, I only give it 4 stars. While his golf cart tires are all sitting in the dirt and one of their service trucks has all 4 tires in the dirts in it's parking spot, he lectures us about being kicked out of the campground because one tire from our vehicle is in the dirt. I don't disagree with the rules, but I don't understand why it's okay for staff to not have to follow the same rules?? Only other suggestion is the fire pits need to be cleaned out. They are more than 1/2 full with ash.

The campground was amazing and in great condition. The staff was very friendly and we can't wait to go back ASAP!
