Loved the campground overall and everything it had to offer. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Great campgrounds, this was our second visit this summer. Restrooms are always clean and nice hot showers. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming and campsites well kept. Conveniently close to Big Bear City, which we love.

Site #71 Review 4 StarsCampground Overall 5 StarsSite #71 is spacious and mostly flat, which makes it easy to set up 34 four-person tents. Theres plenty of shade, and the picnic table is long and cleangreat for group meals. That said, Id give this particular site 4 stars due to its location near the road, which can be quite noisy. If you're a light sleeper, be sure to bring earplugs or noise-canceling earbuds to help with the traffic sounds at night. The campground as a whole gets 5 stars from me. Its clean, well-organized, and well-maintained, including the restroom near Site #71. There are coin-operated showers available, though I didnt use them, so I can't comment on their condition. Water spigots are conveniently placed throughout the area. One thing to keep in mind: theres no dishwashing station, so be sure to bring your own portable sink and use an environmentally friendly soap to help protect the natural surroundings.

Large sites but a busy campground on the weekend. Close to both the walking trail along the lake and the Cougar Crest trail. Staff takes care to have a clean campground.

I camped in spot 71 this time. There was some road noise but nothing to cry about. Thus place is kept very well and clean. I was there mid week and there were a few other campers, however once Friday hit they filled up quickly. There are nice walkways to enjoy the surroundings. You are still close to town to go grab a but or just wonder about. My dog and I really enjoy this campground. The host are nice and drive by occasionally and always see them cleaning. If you're looking for a nice campground really give this one a try, you'll enjoy it.

The only issue we had was with the dump station. The hose didn’t have a connector on it so we couldn’t flush our black tank. For $10, it should be better!

Campground facilities and rangers were wonderful! Create place to camp. Only complaint is the limitation on campfires (not made by the local campground).

Serrano was wonderful.. staff was beyond accommodating, sites were clean and raked when we arrived and bathroom and shower facility’s we’re spotless. The sites are spaced apart. It was the perfect camping experience in a beautiful place.
