Nice location and clean facilities. Close enough to the village if you need something but far enough to feel like youre out in the woods. Will definitely be back.

Great place for my first time camping! Restrooms and showers were very clean and constantly maintained. Camp area was very well organized and clean. Walking distance convenience store was stocked with many essentials! Can’t wait to go back!

I’ve been to Serrano many times and great every time . But the whole shower being closed doesn’t make any sense because of covid . The bathrooms are open .

Quick overnight stay. It was just two of us, and our site was plenty big to accommodate friends and/or family (Double Site 81/82). It was all that was available at the time of booking. The site was close to a main road so there was some traffic noise, but it wasn't enough to detract from the experience. The site is also close to the restrooms, which were well maintained. Not sure if the lack of paper towels had anything to do with COVID-19. Plenty of walking trails for our morning walk. We rented a kayak, the day of our arrival, for some water fun and we also gave fishing a try. The fish were not biting, unfortunately. There are several little markets within Fawnskin, but Big Bear Lake is fairly close for grocery store shopping or Big Bear Village is in the area for a little sightseeing and shopping.
