It is a nice campground with beautiful large pines trees. Campground attendant was very friendly and funny. She provided us with information about the campground when we checked in. Campground Host was very also friendy and doing a good job by going around checking to make sure everything is good. The downside about this campground is that it is very hard to make reservation. It is always booked.

Great campground. Check in with Julia was friendly and informative (love Julia - from Mr Tissy)! Quiet and clean! 3 camp hosts !!! Looking forward to our next camp out

We had an amazing time. The campsites are large with plenty of space between each site. Shade trees are everywhere. The campgrounds are very close to the lake and the bike path takes you for miles. What a great campground. We will be returning soon.

Nice to have hook-ups! Pretty campground! Enjoyed paved bike/walking path that goes to Lake.

We had full hookups and it was close to a bike/walking paths which goes along the lake. Highly recommended

Great campground and great location. Within walking distance (about 5 minutes) to the lake. Also, there is a paved bike path that will take you into a "sub-community" of Big Bear where you will find a Stater Bros shopping center as well as a Von's across the street.

The campground is beautiful and most of the spots are spaced out so you are not right on top of your neighbor. My only wish is that they had bathrooms in the full hookup loop (snow berry) for those of us traveling with kids who may need to spend a bit more time in the bathroom. But I do understand that with full hookups on the snow berry loop most campers would not need to use the campground's bathrooms.

Always like camping at Serrano especially in the Snowberry loop with hookups. good spacing between sites and mature trees.

Good and even great experience. Staff gave me a problem with my truck being off the pavement by one inch or maybe it was two...it seemed ultra petty...the fact, at site 54, the pavement area was broken up and missing (on the south east side of the site drive approach) and should be repaved...this comment did not cause a problem for me or the trip. It was just petty and lacked true judgement. The problem I had was others were well on to the dirt in other sites. I later found this site in question was occupied by a camp host or attendant. His response to me was, he works here. I recommend that you enforce your rules uniformly...Again, not a complaint or problem but an opportunity for continuous improvement. I was going to add a photo but couldn't find a place...Regards...
