Great campsite, I loved feeling separated from the rest of the campground. Felt very private and isolated.

Great place to camp. Beautiful and clean. Lots of hiking trails. Small lake near by. Big Bear about 30-40 minutes away. Cute small town.

I love this campsite! #4 is the best it is private your surrounded by shrubs so youre not seen from the road. The bathrooms are immaculate and the lake is so close you can walk there! Lots of fun stuff to do in and around the grounds. Judy the camp host is the best! she even gave me some butter cause I forgot to bring some for my pancakes!! Highly recommend this place for a nice getaway A+++

We had a wonderful weekend at Green Valley campground. I reserved camp site #4 for our weekend. Camp host was in the campground when we checked in late at night, she said we got the best spot in the entire campground, and she wasn't lying. I walked the entire campground the next morning, #4 is literally the best spot there. It was surrounded by right amount of stress, spacious, enough space for 2 big tents, secluded and cozy.

We stayed in camp cite #4. It was secluded and private. It has its own walkway into the Vite from the cars. The bushes in front of it hide it from everyone seeing you. With this being said, all other camp cites are out in the open. A few cites dont have much shade and some are 1 car 1 tent size. Overall the camp is really clean, it offers a flushing toilet and water. It does have a nearby trail and the lake is approximately 3 miles round trip from the camp cite. There is a convenience store by the lake as well. The camp host are very welcoming and open for any questions you may have.

Site #4 was huge and private. Great place. Wear goggles if you swim in the lake.

For several years I (a volunteer) have. Brought a handicapped couple to this campground, with great success for them. Each year I explain to the campground host that they are “different “ and never a bother to others and the hosts have embraced them nonetheless The male part, 70 year old (in June) Francis, is developmentally delayed” and cognitively functions at about a 6 year old level BUT his social skills and his camping prowess are those of a teenager. He lives entirely independently with assistance for money handling and health care from me. The female part, Darla, is a 56 year old with similar mental condition but lacks the social skills of Francis and thus only leaves the campsite for a walk with Francis or a trip to the toilet. This two week vacation is the most important part of their lives.

I loved the site, it’s very private to had brushes around the site. We were so enjoyed the champing, but only one thing that feel sad, because when I booked the this campground, photos shown there are some shower rooms. But actually, no, only toilets. I can accept it, but the families I invited to join us weren’t happy.

My two dogs, husband and I very much enjoyed the labor weekend at Green Valley camping site. The host was very attentive and welcoming and the site we picked was perfect which is #4 for many reasons - Not directly seen by other campers which could sometimes trigger our dogs to react and also provided us a great sense of privacy. We have camped many local sites, but I must say that I had the best experience at this specific camping ground. Not many mosquitos (lots of bees, but I way prefer bees over mosquitos), short distance to a lake and amazing trails. Price was also right on. Highly recommend!
