Host was nice. Neighbors were nice. Overall clean, bathrooms could use just a little bit more cleaning but overall great stay

If you're looking for a serene, family-friendly mountain camping getaway with clean facilities, forest scenery, and a great Camp host. Green Valley Campground is a wonderful pick.

I went midweek in Aug. While it was 104* in Riverside, Green Valley stayed in the low 80s. Shady & almost empty, helpful camp host, clean bathrooms and spectacular views. Will come back soon.

Great campground! The site was clean, easy to find, and the bathrooms were well-maintained throughout our stay. While our spot didnt offer much shade during the day (so bring a canopy or plan for extra sun protection), the layout was spacious and fairly quiet. Its a great place to relax with our dog and we appreciated how well-kept everything was. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back!

Camping close to a small town. I feel like youre out in the woods, but youre close to all the amenities you need. A mile from the campground is a General store, post office, restaurant and Green Valley Lake. Green Valley Lake has lots of activities and the prices arent outrageous.

Camp is peaceful and water spickets worked. Camp host was very accommodating and friendly. Very quiet camp and lots of shade trees. Bathrooms have flushing toilets and sink to wash hands. No showers.

Had the most amazing time! Love the locals and our campsite was perfect! There are two great spots to set up your tent in site 17. Already booked our next trip up to green valley!

Great campground, very kind host, definitely a gem of a place. We were greeted within minutes of arriving. Collected cash for the 2nd cars we had in each of our spots, and offered firewood bundles. Bathrooms were clean as well as our sites. Was perfect for the kids to bike within the campground and feel safe. Cant wait to go back and bring another group of friends

The camp host gave our site away to someone else, even though we had reserved and paid for it well in advance. We chose not to go. Very disappointing.

The campground was clean and beautiful. The camp host was very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. My grandkids enjoyed walking around the campground and riding their scooters. We were all sad when it was time to leave.

When recreation.gov says that you are reserving 4 spots for vehicles, that should be honored and we should not be asked for more money if our vehicles are within that number. Greenvalley has their own rule of only 1 car per single site and 2 cars per double site that does not match up with what you are clearly reserving through rec.gov. This rule absolutely needs to change.

If you want 1 day quick getaway from stress this is the place for you. Very quiet, nice location, clean campgrounds, decent and clean restrooms but no showers by the way, Host was very nice, if you need firewood she will provide it to you. Sad to say no reception or wifi available thats why you need to unplug. Less than 5 minutes going to the lake by car.

We stayed at site15 it was in a good location next to the bathroom and running water on site. This site in on a slant so beware. It is a well maintained campground.

Great campsite, I loved feeling separated from the rest of the campground. Felt very private and isolated.

Excellent campground, quiet, with well laid out sites and a 30 min drive to Big Bear Lake. I had site 26 and was able to enjoy shade all day at the large site and excellent stargazing while lounging around the firepit at night. It was nice to spend the day cycling on the bike trail along the north shore of Big Bear Lake during the day, then come back to the quieter (and cooler) campground in Green Valley. Will return.

We love this campsite! Great location with nice hikes and a lake nearby. It does get cold at night though so bring warm clothes & a warm sleeping bag. We booked campsite 6 but it was a bit small for 2 families so we moved to another site. The camphost was very accommodating and caring. The facilities are very clean. Will definitely be back!

I stayed at site 11, which was at the back of the campground. It had a lot of flat space and it wasnt too close to any other campsites. There was a water spigot right next to my campsite, which was very convenient. This campground is small, clean, and in my experience, it was very quiet. The bathroom was a small old building, but it was clean and had no odor. There were flush toilets and the sink had soap. The sink water was extremely cold when I was there, and there were no paper towels. The campground host sold firewood for $10. She also came around to meet all of the campers and to make sure that we were checked in. Each site had a bear box, however, the only animals we saw at our site were squirrels and red ants.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
