This site goes right up against a high school fence line. For us, school was already out of session so it was no problem for us at all. We came up for some camping in the middle of the week - so if school was in session, we probably wouldnt have had as peaceful of a time. But this lot is spacious and secluded. At night theres a light that shines from the high school so that could be a good and a bad thing depending on what you like.

Very nice camp hosts and scenic views. However there was litter along the walks and roads that needed to be picked up. I picked up litter along our walk. Also the potable water tap for refilling your rv is right next to the ranger check in and road causing a block in traffic. Otherwise good. Thank you.

We've been coming to Dogwood 2 to 3 times a year for 10 years. It's our home away from home yet it feels like we are hours away. The camp hosts are amazing and everything is clean.

One of our favorite places to camp. The campsites are amongst the trees and the sites are spacious and not on top of other campers.
