Host was amazing and very helpful. He took time to talk to the guests and introduce himself.

Beautiful forest campground w/ the sounds of water and birds to soothe your soul.

Also, it’s close to Crater Lake and Diamond Lake. Beckies is a great little restaurant for breakfast just outside the campground too!

Great campground! It was fantastic to have several hiking trails that follow Union Creek and the Rogue River adjacent or even within the campground. The drive to Crater lake was short - about 10 minutes to the park boundary and 25 minutes to the vehicle entrance. The campground is was pretty quiet except for the sounds of nature. In some spots you can hear highway sounds in the distance. There are well labeled water faucets and outhouses throughout. Some of the sites are directly on the river and all are within a short walk. A restaurant, convenience store and ice cream shop are within walking distance of the campground. I would definitely be interested in staying here again.
