The camp area was clean and everyone there was respectful of the quiet hours.

Was a long line when we first arrived, but was surprised how fast it went. Getting in and out of park and campground was very easy with no delays. Camp site was clean quiet, very nice.

We tented camped and it was great. Happened to be at site 063, which was a particularly nice site up on top of a hill looking down. Close enough to the bathrooms/trash to be convenient, but not too close. Location for tent was flat and level, with good drainage if it rains. Nice concrete picnic table for setting up cooking gear and preparing meals. Good fire pit with grate, although keep in mind there are frequent fire bans in that general area of Colorado due to high fire danger. A number of hikes you can do from the campground, one way is to hike downhill on the trail until the next road, and either way along that road will get to some trailheads.

This is my third time at this campsite, and absolutely like it here specially the campsite Ive stayed at twice now. I also like the pre check in process now so it doesnt cause backups trying to check into actual campsite. Im already planning my trip for next year. RMNP Rocks!

This year I found bathroom by far part of Loop A updated. Great! Would love to see more solar showers.

Beautiful campground. We visited mid-pandemic so half of the campground was closed. I rarely saw anyone else in our bathroom. The bathroom was immaculate and one of the best national park campground toilets I have ever seen (high compliment!). Some campsites are really close to the road. We chose one a little on a hill which was perfect and away from everyone. However, it was incredibly windy and being on a hill meant there was nothing else to break the wind Fearing our tent would snap, we had to ditch the last night and get a hotel. Other than that, would recommend!
