Stayed at site B171 and it was lovely! Large level tent pad, picnic table, fire ring with grill, and bear box. Relatively close to neighboring sites but not nearly as close as some others and there were some trees and a hill on the backside for a nice windbreak. There is a bit of a washed out probably human made trail between two sites and some larger boulders around the fire ring which makes it harder for a group to sit around at night since its also not level but two of us made it work fine! Restrooms were nearby and well kept, never had to wait, and there is potable water and firewood for sale at the campground. Dead silent at night and nice for stargazing. Crowded campground so people will start waking early and making noise and again theres no white noise to block out the sound so just be prepared to wake early and enjoy the beauty of the park!

Great campground. Sadly no showers.

I've camped at Moraine Park many times. This visit definitely wasn't the best. Because of COVID and staffing shortages, 60% of the campsite was closed. The site I booked was in B loop (B204). On the plus side, the site is next to a ridge, protecting it from the wind. I could hear the wind at night, but it wasn't blowing my tent around. The space was also very close to parking so unloading and loading was very easy. On the down side, the sites are VERY close together in this loop. I could hear the guy two sites away from me snoring every night. This loop also only has vault toilets. Using a vault toilet one time after a long hike isn't a big deal, but using one several times a day for several days is horrible. I felt like I couldn't get the smell off me. I also felt that the rangers weren't patrolling as often as they have in the past. Usually, they're walking around, looking for food that's been left out or fires that haven't been completely extinguished. I've always felt safer staying in the park for this reason. On this visit, however, I saw very few rangers. The couple selling firewood are really grouchy. It's almost comical. Make sure you don't go before 5:30 and make sure you have exact change and make sure you use the handle on top to pick up your bundle of wood. Otherwise, you'll get and earful.

Look for availability in the A and C loops as they have bathrooms with running water and a sink to do dishes on the outside of it. If you don’t need those things the B loop was still amazing!
