Campsite C247 floods during heavy rains. The campground hosts were great and moved me to another site when that happened. The rest of the facilities are great.

Great campground location, close to great scenery, hikes and fine views right from the campground. The elk came right thru woods to hang near our campsite! Helpful rangers on site.

I lucked out and got the last 2 night spot in September! This was my first time camping here. Everything was great: easy access, nice spot and the food locker was bigger than I thought and quite handy - plenty of room for my cooler. The restroom was very clean and I was able to use the solar shower. I will definitely return!

I had the opportunity to park at two sites while visiting. Both were extremely i level. Looking around at all the other sites, it seemed this was the norm. There are no hook ups and generator hours are limited. The loop is a nice walk though. The shuttle stop at the far end of the campground is about 1/4 mile walk downhill, which means a 1/4 mile walk back uphill (all steps) on the way back. The bath houses were in okay condition, but a bit dirty. There are no showers (except stalls outside to use if you have a special solar shower bag). It is way overpriced for what is offered, but if you want to get to the sites inside the park before the influx of outside guests, its worth suffering through. I really wish theyd level the sites, put in hookups at some sites, and put showers in the bath houses! And lower the price!!

The campground its self was great and we enjoyed our stay. There always seemed to be a long line to get into the park, clearly a well used campground.
