Campsite was way less than level. It would have been ok if it was out of level from front to back but it was out of level side to side. We needed to put 5" of block in the front and 3" on the passenger side back. With all the work done, they should have better leveled the sites with electricity.

A well maintained campground with a wide variety of campsites from RV sites to walk-ins. There is good access to hiking trails and the parks shuttle system. Moraine Park is one of the principal sites for elk activity during the annual rut making it difficult to get reservations during late summer and early fall. And, its frustrating to walk through the campground and see sites that were reserved, but never occupied. It would be nice if the Park Service would require campers to verify their intentions so such sites could be released.

Excellent place to camp for a few nights. Watch out for wild animals.

Beautiful Campground. Not enough Bear boxes for the amount of tent camping and bear boxes not mentioned on site reservations. Very crowded, but quiet.
