Our camp host Michael made our experience amazing. When we booked our trip months ago we thought we booked a space next to our friends but the 2D map didnt show that the campground was really divided into an upper and lower loop and rather than being right next to eachother, our friends were a 10 min walk away! The lower loop was more shaded and closer to the water. Michael worked hard to get us moved to a vacant space near our friends! He is one of your best camp hosts!! Keep him and make sure he is taken care of!! Otherwise, the campground was awesome, restrooms were very clean and the setting was quiet and peaceful!!

This campground was absolutely beautiful, the site we were at 006, LOPA was not so great, was not a good flat spot to put a tent up on and lots of rocks but overall we really liked the campground itself and it looked like most of the other sites were better. Was beautiful, had good shady areas, fun to explore the river and the campsite was kept very tidy and bathrooms clean.

Our initial site was only so-so, but another was open and we were allowed to switch. We then were in walking distance of the beautiful river and had more privacy, shade and more room for our popup. The host was terrific.

This is a great campground right on the river near the town of Anonito, CO. We enjoyed our stay here. The campground was quiet during the 4th of July weekend. Our spot was huge, and the pit toilets were clean and didn't smell bad. The campground host, Michael, was very friendly. Our favorite thing was looking at the millions of stars at night since there wasn't any electricity to blind them out. I would recommend this campground to everyone. We stayed here to ride the Cumbres Toltec Railroad and then drove the hour to the Sand Dunes because we knew staying there would be hot.

We were in site 21 and loved it. We were right on the river and completely surrounded by big spruce and pine trees. The campsite was very big and had plenty of room for our large tent. Our kids loved how much space the campsite had to play and explore.The camp host, Michael, was also very helpful. He told us about the area and where the local stores were located.There was no firewood for sale at the campsite, so you may need to pick some up before arriving.

Very nice CG. Excellent access to the Conejos River. It would be good to have posted where the closest RV dump station is on the entrance bulletin board.

Aspen Glade Campground was wonderful. We camped in site 20 which is waterfront access. Overall it was very quiet, and well kept.

Camped at Aspen Glade for two years and it was fantastic. However, this year the Camp Manager changed the policy on the use of generators. We were allowed to use our generator from 10AM until 6PM. This was not reasonable for people that want to have lights and cook breakfast before 10AM. We were booked to stay 10 days, however, we left after staying one day and will not return again. Please consider changing generator use policy. 7AM until 7 PM would be reasonable.

Everything was beautiful, host was very nice. Had a great time. Bathrooms were clean but very smelly to the point you couldn't use them. I think they needed to be emptied.

Campground has two levels upper level, which is great and lower level which is heavily forested. Right on the river. Campground host are friendly and attentive.

One of our favorite campgrounds to visit every year. Sites were clean. Unfortunately river was too high and fast for fishing. Weather was perfect. We appreciated the camp host. He went above and beyond to assist with an issue during our last day. Hope he comes back next year. Looking forward to camping again in this campground.

We stayed in site 5 on the upper loop, which is nestled in a scenic and sunny ponderosa forest (in contrast, the lower loop, right on the river, seemed very dark due to thick pines). There isnt a whole lot to do right at the campground (no trails, and in May the river was way to high for wading or good fishing) so we recommend driving up Forest Service Road 250 to the South Fork trailhead to enjoy hiking, fishing, and hanging out on the river.

Just finished a 5 day stay at Aspen Glade. I believe this campground is one of the nicest spots along the Conejoes River in this area. More ponderosa pines than many of the other campgrounds. Very nice, level sites. Clean vault toilets. The camp hosts are great. Mike is a character and what I like to call, casually professional, with a good sense of humor. Both excellent attributes to ensure your stay is a success. The only downside was the fishing. Unfortunately the river was high and muddy so even trying every day I failed to get a single strike. No one else fishing had any better luck so disappointed at such a bust. The saving grace was the beautiful location making it all worthwhile.

Beautiful camp ground, clean bathrooms. Great hiking near by.

Beautiful campground on an awesome river. We loved our time spent here. The camp hosts were amazing, so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They helped us identify some berries as edible (as well as which ones were not), and by our description of a critter, they figured we had seen a mink in camp. Once we got to an internet connection we determined they were right, pretty cool! The bathrooms were the cleanest of any we've seen in a forest service campground. We will be back, by golly!

Pristine camp ground with excellent camp hosts

The campground was clean and well maintained. The bathrooms were kept clean, hosts were pleasant. Site 23 is a great spot, as are sites 20-22. Up top, site 16 is very nice with a good view.

Beautiful views! Clean restroom - camp host were very helpful and friendly. We had the upper loop to ourselves otherwise the closeness of the tent sites would be tight. And you can hear road noise. But the proximity to the river and scenery is worth it!

Wonderful campground. Our 6th visit. Our kids have grown up here over time. Splendid campsite. Considerate and helpful hosts.

The sound of the river is one of the best things about this place. Unfortunately there's no restrictions generators so that can ruin it for everyone.

One of our favorite campgrounds. What helps make it special are Bill and Deb, the camp hosts. They are friendly, courteous, helpful and they do an excellent job keeping the restrooms clean and the campground clean. We look forward to seeing them each time we return. The Red Bear establishment up the road (West on 17) serves up some great food, especially ice cream! They are also kind of a general store where you can pick up essentials as well as souvenirs.

Absolutely the best campground hosts! Bill and Deb helped me solve a number of issues I had while camping. They were kind and considerate I was upset about an issue with my awning. Bill helped me solve the problem he was very nice he never made me feel at fault for the problem. I am so grateful to Bill and Deb. The campground is beautiful, quiet and very clean restrooms.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
