Very clean campground. Camp hosts very friendly & provided us with trail information as well as sights to see. This is our favorite campground to open in May & close in Oct. Great Place!

Campsites and restrooms were always well maintained. Camp host (Ranger Rick) made regular rounds and stopped to talk anytime we had questions. Very pleasant experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Potato Patch Campground! Nestled in the Prescott National Forest, its quiet, clean, and surrounded by beautiful pines. The camp hosts were friendly, and nearby trails like Woodchute offered stunning views. Whether you're tenting or RVing, its a perfect spot to unwind and reconnect with nature. Highly recommended!

Due to a personal accident my wife and I were unable to spend 14 days at Potato Patch and had to cancel our reservation. However, I very much appreciated the generous refund. The Forest Service employes are all very courteous!Thank you very much and keep up the good work!Fred W.

The best campground - great camp sites. Feels like true camping, but the convenience of the toilets is nice, good cell service, and clean bathrooms.

Since we are self sufficient with our RV we didn't need to use any facilities. But our camp space was wonderful. We have stayed many time at Potato Patch, Arizona. It's always been a great experience for us. We prefer the lower campground with the tall pine trees, since we don't need hookups. We recommend this campground for a relaxing, comfortable stay.

It is always a pleasure to camp in this campground & the reason it is a pleasure is having Ken & Doris as camp hosts. They take their job seriously & you know when they are working, the bathrooms & grounds are always clean. They will be missed!!!

We absolutely love potato patch campground & the hosts are amazing. But .....
We always camp in site 17, right next to the restroom. The contractor being used to clean the restrooms is doing a sub-standard job. We watched him first fill the toilet paper holders, then he took a wad of paper towels & a squirt bottle into the womens side, then using the SAME now used wad of paper towels went into the mens. Came out, thru the paper towels away and left. No cleaning of floors - the womens toilet seat was left with feces on it. What a shame as the prior contractor for the 2020 season did a very professional job.

Beautiful site, in a great spot close to Prescott and Jerome. Our daughter enjoyed her bike rides around the loops. We enjoyed the pines and cool breeze.

My wife and I have been to Potato Patch C.G. several times over the years and we enjoy it very much. The C.G. hosts Ken and Dodie (sp.?) keep the sites and bathrooms exceptionally clean. Also the Forrest Service maintains the Wood Chute and Trail #531 in very good condition and we enjoy hiking on them. We are always looking forward to camping there and wish that we could spend more than 14 days at one time there. Keep up the good work.Thank you,Fred and Emelia W.

To make our reservation was easy and without any hassle. When arriving at our site the camp host, Ken, had already posted a "Reserved" sign with the length of our stay. We have stayed at this site for a few years before the "Reservation" program was started and we really like the Potato Patch C.G. The camp host was very friendly, courteous and accommodating. Also, as always, this C.G. has very clean sites and bathrooms. It is really an excellent place to relax!
