Overall this is a great place to camp, clean, safe and quiet . Site 11 specifically has a bit more room with mature trees that provide good shade. There are some nice trails to hike or mountain bike.

Well spaced out. Nice campsite. Bathrooms right down the way. Had a great time!

Stayed in space 11 which was lovely. The tent pad is a little secluded and is up a small hill from the fire pit. Bathrooms were clean. Nice little trail which goes around the outside perimeter of the campground.

Nice campground, nice location. There are good views and hiking trails directly from the campground. It's a bit out of town, so not as "convenient" to Prescott's activities, like the stellar Watson Lake, but it's also not right by a busy highway or touristy place, and thus much quieter and more relaxed. I liked how small it was, and most of the sites weren't jammed too tightly against their neighbors. The outhouses were nice. There were, however, a lot of generators. Oh how I wish there were more generator-free campgrounds for those of us who want to listen to nature.

Small, campground but felt very private. Beautiful views, trail to granite Basin Lake, clean bathrooms , water available and trash. Will definitely stay again. We stayed at site 11. Our trailer was 23 ft tip to tip fit fine.

This is a really nice campground. The sites are mainly spaced out far from each other, so you don't see much of your neighbors. There is a good amount of trees and bushes to help with shade and privacy. Thought had clearly been put into the established level campsite, picnic table, retaining walls of stones to reduce erosion. In our campsite we saw wild pigs, lizards, lots of birds, butterflies. There were some guests who were playing music at top volume in the site next to the camp host, and it went on for hours before they finally turned it down (I asked politely but they told me it wasn't quite hours yet). This experience isn't unique to this campground, but it was disappointing. The outhouse is a neat composting one and was kept clean during the four days we were in camp. There are several nice trails for hiking, and a bunch of trails for mountain bike riding, that leave right from camp, so it's very convenient. Short drive to the town of Prescott if you need to resupply.

When we made reservations Friday and Saturday were shown as first come first serve so had planned on staying in the same site but when we got there it was reserved so we had no where to stay since all sites were booked
