We were trying to get a site near our friends and there are a ton of handicap sites! Great to have handicap but Im pretty sure your campground has 10Also every single garbage was overflowing and the bathrooms were not maintainedLove this campground location for riding trails and it is beautiful so hoping it will be better maintained next visitAlso site 15 is really bad to get level!!!

Our space was really slanted to the left for our RV. We were up on all five levelers on the left side to get in the bubble. Walking around, we noticed that many of the spaces are not level. It is difficult to choose a site from the internet and know ahead of time which ones are more level. Once we were in and settled, the campground is lovely. We had privacy, quiet, and a beautiful view from our campsite. The road noise is noticeable but not horrible. The proximity to town is awesome for popping in for lunch or dinner. The hiking in the area is very diverse and interesting.

Positives: Easily accessible, roads well maintained. Sites are well spaced and the trees provide some privacy. I saw deer, javalena and many birds. Beautiful setting and I heard no road noise. My site was a pull through and was quite spacious with steps up to the flat tent pad, fire ring and picnic table. The bathrooms were stocked. Opportunities for improvement: Never saw the camp host in the days I was there until I saw her restock but not clean (needed) the pit toilets at Sunday checkout. Upon arrival, my site had a pizza box and lots of trash scattered about. Firepit had not been cleaned and there was wet wood/trash there. Generators are allowed and were running but thankfully only for a few hours at a time.

We stayed 2 nights it was a beautiful campground and we enjoyed the access to trails; however, we were bothered by at least 2 campers across from us who ran their loud generators all day and all night. We kept hoping that staff from the campground would show up and talk to them, but we never saw a single staff member.

Never saw the camp host. Toilets had no toilet paper for 3 days over the weekend.

Beautiful and quiet campground with terrific access to uncrowded hiking trails. Campsites are spread out and private. Very clean vault toilets. Some shade on most campsites. Right near town. Small amount of road noise. Did not see camp host once. We were there 2 nights.

Wonderful campground! Real quiet even though it's on the highway. Its real close to lots of trails and a quick bike ride to town. The pit toilet by us was a bit smelly inside for sure but it's a little expected since you are in the forest

Our over night stay in lot 15 was great! Camp host couple were attentive and followed through. We are returning in October! Nice tucked away camp ground.

It was a beautiful campground! We got in at night and had been traveling through about 4 other National Parks at the time. Couldn’t have been better star gazing. Stunning! The only thing I can say is that people wake up extremely early in this area, because people are traveling from all over the world to go to this well renowned National Park. If you think your going to sleep in past 6am good luck. Apparently people are up at 5am and out the door at 6am. Had kids/families walking around my tent around 5am. Good for a family with kids or if you want to star gaze(which you should experience that) . Not really for single couples who want to relax and sleep in until 7am.

Great park but our camping spot as on an incline making it impossible to level. Super staff though!

First I'll warn you. If you have an RV or a trailer, DO NOT pick this spot, it is extremely hard to level, it is on a curved hill. We almost considered leaving.
Everything else was great! Beautiful location, near all you will need. The spots are spacious and the nights are quiet and beautiful! Bathrooms could use a little cleaning but I've seen worst. Host was friendly! We will be back to a different spot.

A wonderful campground! Spot 15 is partially shaded, close to the trails, and surrounded by a variety of cheerful birds. I will definitely be back!
Campground itself is nice and camp host was helpful, but site 15, a pull through site, was at such a steep angle it was impossible to level our trailer. This should be noticed on the campground listing!
