People are being allowed to live in some campsites for months at a time Normally it wouldnt matter to me, but those sites should be rotated every couple of weeks, so weary travelers can stay there. If people are going to reside there, then remove the sites from the campground at recreation.gov

I was camped for one night in space number two. The space was left extremely clean even the fire pit was cleaned out. I had very nice neighbors not very much cell signal just a bar or two but enough to make a call. I cant get over how much better kept this campground is than when I stayed here a couple of years ago. The Camp Host was just the nicest lady so unique keeping a really good handle on the campground. I am hoping someday that youll be able to open up the back section that seems to be closed every time I come there are some really beautiful campsites out there.

The sites are well spaced and offer much privacy. Unfortunately there are only a few sites for big rigs. But we will come back!

It was the location, so close town. #2 is convenient but the road noise was bad on the weekend. If I was to stay there again I would get something further back from the road.

We are very Thankful to the host and host family for their patients and help to book us into the White Spar campsite. We ended up staying for a week because of their kindness and guidance for places to go and see.

For myself, I needed to recharge and just relax, this is the second time Ive camped here. One of the most enjoyable relaxing stay. Quite friendly campsite and plan if to return anytime that Im in the area! Only issue was the oder of the main restroom, there must be a better way to mask the Oder, well basically its an issue all over.Canadians use a blue solution that helps, but does not totally fixes the issue Great place is stay

The host was a life saver. We have an unfortunate situation and needed to park early and she was very understanding and let us check in early. Beautiful campground, very friendly helpful staff.

Road noise from main road. Other than that, its a really nice camp growing and we plan on using any time we are in the area.

Nice campground in the pines conveniently located minutes from downtown Prescott. I was forced to abandon my reservation for three of seven days because a prescribed burn in and near the campground was unexpectedly announced. I was refunded my camp fees but had to make other arrangements. Water at the campground was turned off several days into my stay.
The bathrooms need better venting and/or chemical- they are the worst smelling toilets we have experienced in ourany years of traveling. Also, I understand not wanting to waste time changing names on the reservation posts but it should be walk-in, reserves, or open and then someone can pay and occupy an open for one night. To eliminate open and force people to go to rec.foc doesn't work for same day situations and the coverage isn't very good there anyway.

We enjoyed our stay at White Spar and it is very nice among the pines etc. RV users though should be aware that there are very few sites that are level. Most would be impossible to level because of severe sloping side to side in the sites. There are a few though that are level, but very few. Tenting would be best here.Maybe because of the time of year (Nov.) we found the restrooms not very clean in most cases and no toilet paper. Bring your own paper in winter.

Mobile Data Speed Map
#123
If there are speed tests submitted for a campground the campsite icons will be colored based on the average download speed and the border will be colored based on the average upload speed.
In this example Campsite #123 has very good download speeds and decent upload speeds. If a campsite has a solid yellow color it means there was no data speed detected in the test(s). Clicking on a campsite icon reveals more details.
