Camp girl can cost was amazing capsides were crazy, clean, rake marks in everything.Trills were very scenic and nice.Had a fantastic dinner at whiskey.River saloon will be returning next year.Thank you

This campground is close to to a main corridor nature is still right there o. Your door step. Bathrooms are always clean. Campsite are alway clear of debris. Online reservation : are also always posted on the campsite markers. Host name I hope I get this right Wendy? Was knowledgeable of the area events, and of any campsite concerns.

The host was kind and helpful!And the side was clean and nice! Not as private as expected but still far away from the next sides.Unfortunately this side is very close to the restrooms and whenever the wind blowed in our direction we smelled it. But fortunately that didnt happen too often.Plus, there were a lot of flies in the restroom. I guess its hard to avoid that in summer...Some germicide in the restrooms would be great.Moreover, the road is pretty close. It wasnt too annoying for us but one can hear it.All in all we liked the place and felt well. It was quite and the nature around was nice.

Roomy campground amongst the trees, depending in the spot, can feel private. Close to town.

I was surprised that there was no attendant! No one checked that we paid for our space. The dumpsters were overflowing onto the ground but were emptied before we left. Unfortunately, a lot of trash blew around. We also counted on buying firewood.All said, we had a great stay and were fortunate to have great campers near us.

Nice park. The bathrooms and surrounding campsites are not as well maintained as Lynx Lake Campground. The toilet paper in the bathroom ran down to nothing before it was refilled and bathroom cleaned. The fire rings were not cleaned out, leaving the old ashes to blow in the wind. We saw the camp host once in the 8 days we were there.

We were able to secure a series of reservations that allowed us to stay in such close proximity to Prescott area long enough to really enjoy the local culture and events in a way that is hard to manage in other places. The campground was clean and the camp host was helpful and friendly. My only complaint would be a missing lock on the vault toilet which is dangerous with plenty of children and at risk adults using the facilities. We will definitely be back!

White Spar is a great location, but being so close to town please be aware of theft.

Restrooms were not being cleaned !
Was there for 3 nights and no one was cleaning the toilets or floors. Disgusting!
Also ran out of toliet paper !
Will NOT be back there !

When we showed up on Friday the fire pit had been shoveledout in the picnic area and not cleaned up, also the trash cans at the toilets were full at 1:00p. m. Not a big deal. Over all experience was great!

Bathroom had not been cleaned, campsite had not been plowed, in fact it was dangerously icy - site should either have been closed or cared for. Realize that snow storms don't happen all the time but still...

A nice campground just outside of Prescott. Mostly level paved sites with table and firepit. No facilities other than pit toilets and water faucets. Less than ten minutes from downtown old Prescott, yet out in a mature forest. Close to the road, but light traffic at night. really enjoyed our two nights.

This is one of the cleanest parks I have ever stayed in! Jeff actually scrubs picnic tables to remove bird dropping, food and drink residue, no surprises there. The camping area is well monitored as Coleen makes regulars rounds to ensure campers are in their correct locations and are respectful of others around them. I imagine a lot of their time is spent with straightening out reservation sites, as was our case.This park is well maintained, clean and orderly. Should an issue occur someone is readily available to speak with. Most important, I felt very safe camping at White Spar. Thank you White Spar staff! -Carmen

Great spot in the woods. Loved having the trash cans. We couldnt swing our 36 trailer into our spot due to huge rocks and trees. Thank goodness we could switch with friends. The bike ride to the lake was beautiful!! We will be back in a few weeks.

Campground was great, but because it was after season, there were people playing music from their car sound system very loudly near us at night and no camp host to put a stop to it.

Spaces are VERY tight! The hosts were a little less than congenial. Very close to the road for a small portion of the park. Hiking was great and the grounds were kept in good shape. Cell signal is okay at best, the wifi and data was pretty much non existent. We would stay there again with friends, but not go out of our way to come back.

The Campground itself was very nice but the Ranger was less than nice! I guess some people are just on a super power trip.. Oh well, we enjoyed our two nights all the same!

We made reservations on line but when we got there, somebody was already set up on our site. Apparently, the camp host did not mark our site as reserved. I figured I would simply speak with the camp host to see if she could assign us another site but she was no where to be found. We waited for a couple of hours to see if she would show but she never did. It then got dark on us so I decided to call the phone number on the website to ask for a refund. We were denied that as well. In short, no camping and no refund.
