Park well situated near trails and not far from Pescott City. Apart from the noise from a generator or 2 (fellow campers), a very agreable experience.

Site 38 is next to the road. Loud motorcycles and trucks! The campground is pretty but we called it city camp. The toilets were smelly with lots of flies. Not the best camping but the close location to multiple lakes was nice.

The entire campground was clean and well maintained. The bathroom stalls were all clean, and toilet leds and doors were kept closed. They were truely the least stinky pit toilets I've ever used. The camp host was present, I felt safe camping with my son. The spaces allow room and privacy. Some road noise, but it quieted by 9pm. I recommend this site!

Nice location near Prescott, but be wary of which campsite you reserve. Unbeknownest to me, ours was for a tent site with no means of access for our Coleman tent camper unless we parked in the road. We had reserved and paid for 4 nights. So, we moved to an empty site which had just been vacated by the reserver (he moved to another site). When the host returned to the CG we were told that we could only stay one night and had to pop down and move to another for the next two nights. To stay an additional night would have required disassembling again so we cut our 4 day trip to 3 days. This was also our 50th wedding anniversary so very disappointing. The host said that our reservation payment was not transferable so we had to pay again -$21.00 for 3 nites when we had already paid $36.00 for the initial 4 night reservation. We were told by the host that we could call Rec.gov and ask for a refund, but we would probably be put on hold for an hour.
