Really well managed campground. The camp hosts are friendly and want campers to have a good experience while staying there.

I love White Spar because its open all year, especially for those of us that love to winter camp! I certainly wish the cellular service was stronger, but it is what it is

I really like this campground as its close to the Valley, but still far enough away to get away from the grind. I wish the campground had water though! Cell signal isnt terrible, but wish that were a bit stronger as well. Its a busy campground and the hosts were very present and helpful.

Everything was good, some of the vegetation. Needs to be trimmed back for access through the roads in our campsite. Number 27, we couldn't put a bonfire because the tree was hanging over the place where you would put if you're fire at. looks like some of the homeless people stay there. They're dropped off my vehicles, campsite across from 27, there must have been 6 cars there on the night we were there. It was hard to get through. I believe you're only allowed one at the most 2 cars.

Visited on 12/21/24. Nice campground, nice area, trails out of the campground, close to town. The downside: The bathroom vault toilets were unbelievably disgusting and by far the worst I have EVER witnessed. I was shocked they could be that horrendous, which had to take multiple days and probably weeks of the host not cleaning them, and still go unnoticed by management/FS personnel. Feces smeared on the outside of toilet in one of them along with filthy toilets, urine spotted floors, toilet paper all over, very large bag of trash hanging from wall was full and overflowing onto the floor and the stench was overwhelming. Opened the door and immediately walked out. Went to the other bathroom close to the camp host and except for the feces, it was in the same exact shape. Could not use them and had to drive into town to use a restroom.

Great campground close to Prescott yet still provided the camping experience we all want. Great sites, very quiet, and the stars at night were just incredible. Great hiking/biking trails right from the campground as well. We would certainly come here again.

Fairly unimpressed with the campground. Perhaps would have been more inclined to enjoy it if the water had been turned back on and if the vault toilets had been adequately cleaned and had toilet paper. However, as we have found with many campgrounds near city limits, the campground was just not well maintained. Our site was full of trash, including a pot and a large knife near the fire ring, as well as garbage, and there were many loud campers late into the night. The area itself was beautiful and access to the hiking trails directly from the campground was nice.

Nice campground. Mostly smaller campsites. Not a lot of maneuvering room. Reservations for campsites were not updated or checked. Don't think the Site Hosts ever made any rounds or not.

Great paved, level site, easy to back trailer in. Paved roads were great for walking. Extended our stay a 2nd night.

very clean and quiet just what we were looking for. Camp host were very friendly and on it. Took their job serious. Keep an eye out for the falling pine cones they will leave a head wound. Definatly will be back soon.
