We had a beautiful spot with our forty one foot trailer. The weather was awesome and the scene was beautiful. Definitely a fan of this camp ground and will be back again soon.

The camp hosts are very friendly and keep the campsites very nice and clean. This is a very well-managed campground and close enough to town to pick up necessities and to enjoy the beautiful historic downtown if you choose. Theres a nice hiking/biking trail next to the campground also. Great location and great place to set up camp!

I was tent camping in site 4. Although more set up for an RV or trailer there was a large, level area for my tent. The campground is just outside the city of Prescott and right off the highway (89) and site 4 is very close to the highway. Because of the location there was traffic noise until later in the night. Other camp sites were more isolated from the road and noise would have been less of an issue. Nice camp hosts on site. Clean pit toilets. The hosts did not sell fire wood but they encouraged you to pick up downed wood (they had cleared brush last summer). There was excellent cell service including internet access through a cell hot spot. There was access to hiking trails directly from the campground. Overall although not a wilderness experience it was an enjoyable stay.

While I understand rustic outhouse-style bathrooms will have a smell, the toilet areas seemed to have a much worse smell than others we've used while camping. This campground served its purpose, though - it's right next to the Bean Peaks mountain bike park, which was fantastic. Good for a cheap place to sleep when going mountain biking.

Love this campground. We have stayed here a few times. The hosts are always very nice, and the campground is clean and spread out nicely.

Nice campground. Close to the highway but not so close its annoying. Bathrooms are pit toilets but still clean and usable.

White Spar is a decent campground right off Rt 89 just south of Prescott, AZ. My only complaint was an unsanitary bathroom (outhouse) with no toilet paper. The sites were pretty nice and the proximity to Prescott and Sedona make this a campground worth stopping at

Great little campground right outside of town. While we were there there was no camp host on duty (possibly traveling for the holiday) and the restrooms were VERY smelly!! We were there between Christmas and New Years.

Great camp hosts Contractor Generators over 60 decibels need to be enforced like NPS does. Site #4 driveway description is misleading, only 30 ft of driveway is flat for RV, the rest is an incline of 6%or more. Additionally, 2 of the 4 pictures are of the wrong site.

The campsite was wonderful, the scenery outstanding. Pull through driveway was awesome! The biggest problem is the Womens toilet, dont know about the Mens. It was the grossest toilet I have ever been in. The ammonia smell takes your breath away and makes your eyes burn. It is hard to breath when you enter. The amount of flies in the toilet area is disgusting! Would have given four stars but for the toilet. It is a shame since there are ways and means to keep the toilets fly free and not smelling, like other camp grounds I have been to. It is too bad a fabulous camping experience is not as nice as it could be because of a toilet!

Such a beautiful camp area. It has some great trails that we rode on our mountain bikes. Close to town but still feels like you're nestled away in the forest.

We camped in November and it was moderately cold. No water after September here, camping was well maintained and easy to get to town. Controlled burn had scorched the area but it was still pretty.

Generators are out of control at WS. This is one of our favorite places to camp but lately every time we go there are several sites with LOUD construction site-type generators that run from 6am - 10pm without pause. I understand the convenience of generators...I have one (a quiet type) and only run it mid-day for about an hour to recharge batteries. I would recommend that you review generator hours and shorten them considerably. If people want to watch TV, they should stay home.
