I wanted to stay a Saturday night and a Sunday night. But, your policy won't allow me to reserve a Saturday without ALSO reserving the preceding Friday -- makes no sense; I reserved the Friday, as well, but was a waste of my money, because I could not -- and did not -- arrive until Saturday . . .

The location and facilities were generally very good. Unfortunately, we had an issue with electric supply on site 86 as it appears the 30 amp connection was inconsistent at the pedestal. (This was checked a number of times without problem being identified)The free shuttles to the centre of the park, Friday to Sunday at the moment, were an excellent service. This allowed reaching the very picturesque parts of the park for exploration. Note that it can get busy on the shuttles and trails at the weekend.

The pinnacles were great. Unfortunately, my vehicle was bombarded by acorns and tree looms from the squirrels.

This was only a one-night stop on a road trip. We arrived after things closed and left before they reopened.

Construction was taking place at the campground, which we were notified about in advance. To prepare, we tried to contact the campground ahead of time, calling numerous times with no answer, and eventually leaving a message, which was never returned. Therefore, we planned to arrive at 3:30 PM instead of the actual check-in time of 1:00 PM, hoping that construction would be finished for the day. It was not, and no one seemed to know when it would be done for the day. We waited with our trailer in the day-use lot until 6:00 PM, when we were finally allowed to set up our camp site. Basically, we wasted the entire day, and would have changed our reservation to arrive the next day if we knew how this process was going to happen. You guys owe us a refund for our first night based on this terrible experience!

The campground was fine, a little rougher than expected, but what really got us cranky was the lack of signage for trails. This is typical for National Parks (one of my pet peeves about the parks). It was hot the day we were there and wanted to hike the Bear Gulch Bat Cave Trail. Not going to hike when its 99 outside, so we waited until 6:00 pm and rode our bikes up to the Moses Spring Parking area. They did have a large map showing all the tails with an arrow, but when it came down to which actual trail, we had no clue. The sun had already set behind the pinnacles and we were afraid of taking the wrong trail and getting lost in the dark. The trails had numerous signage about this and that info but not which "trail" you are on. Very disappointed in not being able to find the trail. This was my 54th National Park so I have been hiking these parks for awhile.

The Pinnacles is a wonderful place to visit in the spring. Wildflowers and wildlife everywhere. In our campground turkeys wandered, woodpeckers tended their young and turkey vultures circled in to roost for the night. We saw bunnies on the trail and other birds. Lots of opportunities for photographers and hikers. Beautiful place.

Great to have electricity hook up for our RV. Well kept bathrooms, hot and free showers, helpful staff in the park store and camp store. Fun to see the turkeys, woodpeckers, quail, rabbits etc at the campground.

It was quite an inconvenience that the sewer dump was not unlocked until 9:30 am. Some campers want to get an earlier start.

Poorest design of a National Park I have ever seen and I have been to about 30 parks. The campground is on one side of the park and from there all you get is a small view of the pinnacles. You have to drive an hour to the opposite side of the park to really see anything and if you have a RV you can't drive to the other side. Dumb.

WE camped in an RV site with electric hookup. Water available from various bibs if you have a long hose. Sites are level, but the D loop dirt road has pot bholes that can swallow your vehicle. Poorly maintained. Pleasant staff and many trails to enjoy. Lots of wildlife, even a huge flock of wild turkeys. Nice place to spend a few days.

Spectacular place to visit and camp. Nice facilities, beautiful hiking trails, great birding, and very knowledgeable/helpful staff. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip!

Spacious and clean sites. Clean bathrooms, nice showers with soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided. Fun hike. Great sites. We enjoyed our stay.

Over the weekend 80% of the limited # of RV campsites were occupied by tenters while more than 30 tent sites had reserved signs on them but remained empty. It was sad for the RV'ers who couldn't get a place to stay and for the tenters who had sites that were essentially in a dirt parking lot instead of in really nice sites with trees and some privacy. Apparently many people make reservations far in advance and then just don't show up. Perhaps a system could be set up to email those with reservations a couple of weeks out that they have sites reserved and to confirm that they want to keep them.

Beautiful camp ground! Plenty of space between RV. Surrounded by trees and pinnacles. Just dont leave any food around at night, lots of raccoons. Great experience overall!

This is a nice campground. Some of the spaces don't have any tree coverage so it can get hot. I really enjoy the somewhat quick fun hike to the bear gulch reservoir that is extremely pretty and peaceful. The store is open until 5 and has good snacks, ice and firewood (if needed) as well as any forgotten camping gear. The pool looks pretty refreshing if you have the time for a dip.

Great place to camp. We arrived on a holiday and didnt realize it, the place was packed! The busses were running non stop to keep up with the demand. The wild turkeys running through the campground everyday was a treat.

Beautiful park with well maintained hiking trails. Campground and facilities were in great shape. A unique opportunity to see the endangered California condor in the wild.

Showers are closed for work! There is one hose bib with a threaded connection, so be sure to fill up your RV with water before setting up. Very nice campground with electric only for RVs. Very quiet at night, with easy access to hiking trails.
