The location and facilities were generally very good. Unfortunately, we had an issue with electric supply on site 86 as it appears the 30 amp connection was inconsistent at the pedestal. (This was checked a number of times without problem being identified)The free shuttles to the centre of the park, Friday to Sunday at the moment, were an excellent service. This allowed reaching the very picturesque parts of the park for exploration. Note that it can get busy on the shuttles and trails at the weekend.

The pinnacles were great. Unfortunately, my vehicle was bombarded by acorns and tree looms from the squirrels.

This was only a one-night stop on a road trip. We arrived after things closed and left before they reopened.

Construction was taking place at the campground, which we were notified about in advance. To prepare, we tried to contact the campground ahead of time, calling numerous times with no answer, and eventually leaving a message, which was never returned. Therefore, we planned to arrive at 3:30 PM instead of the actual check-in time of 1:00 PM, hoping that construction would be finished for the day. It was not, and no one seemed to know when it would be done for the day. We waited with our trailer in the day-use lot until 6:00 PM, when we were finally allowed to set up our camp site. Basically, we wasted the entire day, and would have changed our reservation to arrive the next day if we knew how this process was going to happen. You guys owe us a refund for our first night based on this terrible experience!

The campground was fine, a little rougher than expected, but what really got us cranky was the lack of signage for trails. This is typical for National Parks (one of my pet peeves about the parks). It was hot the day we were there and wanted to hike the Bear Gulch Bat Cave Trail. Not going to hike when its 99 outside, so we waited until 6:00 pm and rode our bikes up to the Moses Spring Parking area. They did have a large map showing all the tails with an arrow, but when it came down to which actual trail, we had no clue. The sun had already set behind the pinnacles and we were afraid of taking the wrong trail and getting lost in the dark. The trails had numerous signage about this and that info but not which "trail" you are on. Very disappointed in not being able to find the trail. This was my 54th National Park so I have been hiking these parks for awhile.

The Pinnacles is a wonderful place to visit in the spring. Wildflowers and wildlife everywhere. In our campground turkeys wandered, woodpeckers tended their young and turkey vultures circled in to roost for the night. We saw bunnies on the trail and other birds. Lots of opportunities for photographers and hikers. Beautiful place.

Great to have electricity hook up for our RV. Well kept bathrooms, hot and free showers, helpful staff in the park store and camp store. Fun to see the turkeys, woodpeckers, quail, rabbits etc at the campground.

It was quite an inconvenience that the sewer dump was not unlocked until 9:30 am. Some campers want to get an earlier start.

Poorest design of a National Park I have ever seen and I have been to about 30 parks. The campground is on one side of the park and from there all you get is a small view of the pinnacles. You have to drive an hour to the opposite side of the park to really see anything and if you have a RV you can't drive to the other side. Dumb.

Beautiful park with well maintained hiking trails. Campground and facilities were in great shape. A unique opportunity to see the endangered California condor in the wild.

Showers are closed for work! There is one hose bib with a threaded connection, so be sure to fill up your RV with water before setting up. Very nice campground with electric only for RVs. Very quiet at night, with easy access to hiking trails.

Large hook-up sites. Amazing to even have them in a national park. The swimming pool was a game-changer for our kids on a 100 degree week.

We were there for the night. Nice open campground, didn’t feel on top of each other. Dark skies at night. Nice variety of trails, we did the Bacon family farm walk. Hope the park gets funding for making the farm house a museum or interpretive center. Would like to visit again when it is cooler

Voltage in the campground was so low that we would risk damage to our AC it we ran it. Voltage readings would drop under 110 volts with just our refrigerator running. The microwave would drop it to 105. Camp staff admitted this campground is old and not wired for this many campers on a hot day. Total ripoff to pay $50 for 30 amp service when I can't even draw 15 amps. Neighbors at site next to us had similar Voltage readings.

Great place to see California Condors, hike and bird watch, even in extreme heat.

We had a wife outage for about 24 hrs. Minor inconvenience to have to drive about 20 to find a signal.
Campground was clean, well kept up, quiet. Very peaceful and easy access to beautiful hiking trails. The sites are set apart very nicely for privacy.

Restrooms and showers are still horrible. We've been told for the past three years that a remodel is just around the corner. What is the holdup?
