Nice National Park with trails, caves and condors. Free hot showers and clean bathrooms. Wifi is $7 for 7 days and works in site #2A. Campsite 2A has a big area for tents. Parking space is not leveled for RVs and is shared with the next site. Bear locker is too small for a medium cooler. No nearby water spigot or drainage for doing dishes.

Careful with the raccoons at night. Use the bear boxes to put all your food. Great campgrounds. Lots of bathrooms. They also have free warm water showers!!! They have a convenience store too. The park was amazing to explore with our children

We had a great time camping and hiking at Pinnacles! Exploring Bear Gulch was our favorite part of the trip!

This was one of the most disappointing camping experiences I've ever had. Which is a shame, because Pinnacles is a fantastic park. My site (#2) was crammed into one parking space with site 3 (the space will accommodate 2 vehicles). While this campground does have a few decent campsites, #2 and #3 are not among them. The sites are tiny, muddy and get all of the campground traffic flowing by them. In addition to being lousy sites, you get to pay top dollar for the privilege of camping there. The sites are $41/night without hookups, and since I was there on a weekend they tacked on an additional $20 for good measure. I have paid less for sites in RV parks with full hookups. This was easily the worst campsite I've ever had to pay for, and it rivals some of the worst sites I've been in that I didn't have to pay for.The final straw for me was being awakened at 9pm by the ranger and told I had to move my trailer. I had parked on the shoulder adjacent to the site, which was well off the road but still outside the barriers separating the site from the road. Because I was unsure if this would be OK, I had brought the campground host to the site and explained to her what I planned to do. This would allow the people in site 3 the use of the whole parking spot, and not have to park in a huge mud puddle which was their side of the parking spot. The host had given me the OK to set my trailer up there. When I attempted to explain this to the ranger, he essentially accused me of lying to him, and told me I had to move the trailer right now. The rangers and the campground employees need to get on the page. While I will definitely return to Pinnacles, I will not camp here again. Next time I'll explore possibilities for BLM dispersed camping nearby, or camp at the San Benito County fairgrounds about 20 miles north of the park. Their sites currently cost $40/night with full hookups.

We are tent campers. Our campsite smelled literally like s**t. Think it was near the RV dump station. There was no visitor center or ranger station, just 2 stores. There was no working electricity in the bathroom. The internet service was bad. The swimming pool had bugs etcetera floating on the surface. It was like a national park wannabe.

Wow! Spring in Pinnacles is outstanding! Get you some!

Very convenient campground, with good facilities. Camp sites tend to be right by the road so the noise & lights of vehicles can wake up campers early in the morning.

The camp ground was big and well designed. At our site, there were two picnic tables which were under a tree so we could get cool place to have our dinner in the early evening. The ground was flat. Our spot was side by side with another one, we didn't feel that we didn't have privacy. There were several bathrooms located at different spots made it very convenient. It's nice there is paid shower in the camp. The only one thing we think it could be improved is that the water fountain could be a little closer to us.

Great campground! Clean, quiet, and with all the needed resources to have a great stay. Pinnacles is a great National Park!

Different site than I have stayed on before...absolutely no shade until sundown. Overall it was nice but hot with no shade at camp.

Did not stay. Plans changed. Finished my hikes in one day. Too hot to camp in a tent. No shade. Pool was closed for maintenance. Got a motel. Disappointed.

Apparently Recreation.gov changed my reserved campsite number and never contacted me about the change. The camp host looked at my original paperwork and placed me in the wrong campsite. It was NOT his fault. I should have been notified that my campsite had been changed. I never was. The picnic tables at the campsite were rotted, splintered and falling apart. They were also covered with bird poop. The land around the tables was not level and difficult to place a tent. I ended up sleeping in my Jeep. The showers in the men's room could have been cleaner. I chose not to use them. The Park itself was beautiful and isolated, which is what I was looking for.

Campground was nice but our spot was not very private.

It was everything that I expected, although you really couldn't see the "pinnacles" from the campgrounds that are on the East side. I also wish that the Nat. Parks would allow dogs on the trail.
