This was a wonderful campground. Plenty of room for our 22ft trailer and truck. Sites are spread apart and level. The hiking trails are amazing!

Great location for Dark Sky trailer camping with 30 amp power. Perfect for my Astrophotography gear and overnight imaging. Nice little Market and pool to enjoy.

Love the park. Great hiking. Very hot but we knew that before we got there.

Great camping and hiking trails. Exploring the caves are an added experience. Clean park and bathrooms. Nice to have a National park so close to the Los Angeles area. Besides that great park for the whole family. Remember EAST side of park for camping only.

Campground was nice and the rv spots are big. Restrooms were okay, but clean. Showers are tiny, but well kept. The hikes are nice and the cave was pretty cool. Seeing a condor was amazing! We would have liked to see the nature center, but it was closed. It appeared the shuttles were not running. Please dont fly drones in national parks. It was really upsetting to see a fellow camper flying a drone and scare the vultures out of the tree. Overall, we enjoyed our trip!

This is a beautiful, small park with some amazing hiking trails, waterfall caves, astonishing night sky, beautiful peaks, and lots of condors. Overall, a great time.

Camping here increases your chances of getting a parking place so you can hike! (And why are we here except to hike? No place to have pizza and beer, like Yosemite or Sequoia.) Parking is the key, too far to walk to the "big hikes" from campground. But the hikes are amazing, not to be seen elsewhere. Bear Gulch to Reservoir, High Peaks from Bear Gulch, Balconies from Old Pin. We were there April 16-20, very cool weather, wildflowers like crazy. Get out early.
On my wishlist: water hook-up and bathrooms in the RV section, shuttle every day in Spring to avoid lack of parking. Nature center open more days, not just weekend. Restaurant/snack shack is just a dream. The people you have working are great, just not enough of them! We had a wonderful time, but some upgrades should be on your list for a true A-grade National Park.

We have a travel trailer and camped in an rv site, which means it has electricity only. The campground itself is pretty basic. It was mostly flat and the site had space on each side with kind of small gravel. Really nothing special. I'd give the bathrooms an ok. The folks in the camp store where friendly and there were some basic food supplies there. The psrk and trails were great!! I'd go back for the hiking.

Very nice campground. We were in a camping trailer in space 101. Nice wide open space. The Visitor Center/Store was terrific. Friendly and very helpful staff, and a good supply of the basics.My wife and I are pushing 70, but we made the Bear Gulch Caves trail hike, which was mind blowing. Unlike anything we have done. Highly recommended. We were there in March 2023 right after a storm, and the caves were open, but we had the wade through a few inches of water in places. But there were also several amazing underground waterfalls inside the caves. Tight squeeze in places but nothing we could not handle.

Beautiful area. If hiking is you thing this is definitely a must place to visit.

Campground with electric hook up is very unexciting. Gravel, with chalk lines to designate camping site. Very disappointed with the rv dump, it was not open until 9:30 in the morning. Very inconvenient for campers who need to leave before 9:30am, seems they really do not want you to dump your rv.Hikes were very good.

Campsites are large and roomy. But not much shade. Night sky is amazing.

Great location! Can walk to many hikes or take a free shuttle. Bathrooms were clean. Not much privacy in the RV sites but the crowd was quiet and respectful.

Beautiful campground, and hosts were very kind and helpful. Was a bit loud in the RV section on the winter weekend we were there (because of other campers), but was especially quiet and serene on our weeknights in the campground. Can’t wait to return!

Spacious RV parking, quiet after 2200, and fun area to roam. A lot of hikes close by. Would be nice if there were more showers (only 2) and bathrooms, but we had a great stay.
@Emileek739 · Camped on May 31, 2021 at Campsite #101
Campground was nice, and we loved the pool for the hot days after a morning hike. The hosts are terrible....along with the people running the store. No concern for any issues, changing prices on items, and just not friendly. I would return for the use of the park, but not to the campground because of the hosts. We would camp elsewhere and drive to the park.

There were lots of rules which was strictly upheld for some and not others. There park has changed management and not for the better. I’m hoping for another change to a more friendly group. Also space 101 is a site that is dangerous and should never be a site. It I not handicapped friendly.
