Our stay was fantastic. Perfect time of year for us and the weather was great. The campground was clean and perfect for our mini get away and the hiking was amazing with great access to the trails.

Great parking. Starlink friendly. Electric plug in for RVs. Trails that leave from campground. Showers. Great experience overall. One of the better NP campgrounds.

Enjoyed our stay. Site 113 was great. Long site, field next to it so didn't have someone on either side of us. Th campground store was well stocked. We needed some eggs and they had them. Campground staff were pleasant and helpful. We hiked the Old Pinnacles, Balconies, Juniper, high peaks and the blue oaks loop. It was listed as an 8 mile hike but my Fitbit GPS said it was a 10 mile hike. Great loop. We enjoyed our stay.

All was good except the weather! Rainy and cold conditions.

Reasonably level spot (112, D), clean sites and bathroom, quiet, fairly dark skies for good star gazing

Always delighted to viva Pinnacles National Park. The wildlife sightings are exquisite and the hiking can be easy or challenging depending on your choice. Spectacular scenery and never too crowded. Love camping here (choose your timing carefully as it can be quite hot in the summer). Campsites are spaced well and there is something for everyone from tent campers to RVers to tent cabins. Showers are free, clean and water is hot. Visit here at least twice a year!

Very un-friendly place, from the women at the front desk, staff, and Park Rangers. Worst experience I have ever had in my 20 years of RVing.

The campground seems to be well maintained, and the staff that we met at the camp store and around the camp sites were very friendly and helpful.

Campground was good! Small, quiet respectful campers. The only item is the dump tank process, a bit silly with ID and key check in/out. Thankfully they were upgrading their tanks right after our visit. I hope this will result in smoother process.

Park is excellent. Lots of hiking to be done.

Beautiful trees in campground area. Nice place to camp. Unfortunately, there was a large group of kids near our campground who were yelling in the evening and in the morning. Really enjoy hiking straight from the campground.

Rv sites are mostly sunny with very little shade and bathrooms are a long walk. Most of the rv sites are quite large and level. The pool was nice for cooling off after a hot day hiking. There was a youth group using the pool when we got there and they were very nice and made room for us. We saw lots of wildlife in the campground and all around the park.

We loved our camp site 112! The park was nice and small. We had a great electric bike ride up Old Pinnacles road and hiked to best views of the Pinnacles!

The drive into the area and the campground is easy. The sites are well spaced and the surface gravel is generally level and wide. While not especially scenic, it is well wooded and not overly shaded. The oaks look incredibly old and picturesque. There was no fee to enter the Park. Check in was a snap with prior registration. Firewood is delivered to your site and it's oak and incredibly dense and makes a great fire. This is the first time we have used shore power and it came in handy on a 3 day winter stay. Water is always nearby, unlike the restrooms which are widely spaced. The RV area is compact, with several tent-only sites widely distributed over the area. The store has most anything you forgot to bring. There are coin-operated showers available.
Be aware that except for a long-distance view of a few "pinnacles", almost all the attractions at the East side are available by hiking. One can drive to the main trailhead at Bear Gulch, but parking is so limited that even on a winter Saturday they closed the road to the trailhead by 9AM. It is said to be much worse in the summer. From the Bear Gulch trailhead there are no "easy" hikes, but the "moderate" hike on the Moses Spring trail is one of the most beautiful and unusual hikes you will ever take. Additionally dogs are not allowed on the Park trails, even on a leash. We would highly recommend Pinnacles Campground for a 4 day stay mid-week in mid-Spring.

This campground is very well kept. The bathrooms are always very clean. The sites are well spaced and equipped as advertised. We were able to buy firewood and ice cream at the camp store. Although there are not a bunch of trails, the 6 mile loop we took from Bear Gulch trailhead was very good.
