Such an awesome campsite! So many birds and other wildlife. Lots of wooded sites. Bathrooms not too far away. Definitely worth the stay!

Nice campground and very quiet. We stayed two nights and wished we could have stayed longer. We will come again to this lovely area. We even saw Condors!!

Keep in mind that the campground may be under fire restrictions. Takes away much of the experience when you can't warm up with friends and family before turning in.

The first campsite was on a slope with no place to put a tent. The car parking was flooded although a week had passed since the last rain, We were fortunate enough to find a vacant campsite but this site had asphalt pavement underneath the soil, making it impossible to use the tent stakes. The toilets had no light and the toilet paper was extremely thin - making it impossible to pull in one piece from the holder. The showers were too far to consider using. Given the $40 price- this campsite is the worst I have come across in the national park system. On my next visit, I will stay in a national forest or BLM land outside the park.

Great, really clean and well run campground. The camp store is so well stocked, you could forget half your stuff and still be okay!

If you like rangers in bulletproof vests barking orders at you, well, this is the place for you. Two cars are allowed at each site. For a few minutes, we had 3 cars before a friend unloaded and moved her car to the overload lot by the pool. Ranger Adolf, (I don't know his real name), ordered our friend to move her car "NOW!" The term "unloading" didn't seem to be in his vocabulary. Sad!

I expected a lot more from this campground after hiking here a few years ago. The photo of the campsite didnt match the actual representation of the site. There was zero shade. Super far from the bathroom. Neighbors are close on one side and the other side is dry grass. The camp store closed super early along with the pool. It would have been nice to get some extra groceries and go for a swim. It was super hot out during the day. The only decent thing was the showers. The scenery is really pretty but if you plan to stay here bring extra water and choose a site closer to the bathrooms. I stayed at 78C. Unfortunately, I dont think I will be returning here to camp.

Great campsite watch out for the aggressive birds and the raccoons. They will take your things.

We were in campsite 78C and mid-April it was a swamp. It probably should not have been open. The restrooms (porta-potties) were on the other side of the loop and there was no way to cut through - so long walk. There are only 2 women showers for the entire campground. Did not experience a wait but seems like there could be easily. The showers were nice and clean.

Loved our one night in Pinnacles. Lots of stars. Saw like 10 condors on the High Peaks trail!!! Not sure if that is normal, but was awesome for us

Pinnacles was my first ever national park, it was amazing. We saw all sorts of wildlife and got to explore the caves and bear gulch area even though we were only there for around 16 hours. There was all sorts of wildlife from the condors, to deer and roadrunners that was super fun to see along the landscape. I loved my experience here and the park rangers were super kind and knowledgeable. Go here!

Quiet, clean, nice camp host. Enjoyed the hiking trails and the wildlife.

With the many closures of camping sites, there is nice space in between you and your neighbors.

Lovely site! Very large site with shade in the mornings and late afternoons. If you have a goal to see the condors, we saw them flying southward within 10 minutes of arriving at the site!
The wildlife (birds, deer, raccoons) got unexpectedly close to us which, as long as you don’t feed them, can be a really cool experience! Minor issues are that the site is somewhat far away from the bathrooms and that there is not much privacy from site 79.
Highly recommend the condor gulch trail and the Moses Spring Trail up to the Bear Gulch Reservoir. Both hikes are rather moderate.
