The grass was not mowed until the very last day of our trip, and then only in the back of our campsite. We did have a wonderful time exploring.

Nice campground on a beautiful lake, my only complaint was that the bath house wasn't heated which made taking a shower when it was only 45 degrees outside a challenge.

Visit Wellsboro while you are here. A quaint little town with gas lights and an old fashion dinner on the downtown corner.

We always enjoy our experience at Ives Run. The sites are appropriately spaced and easily accessible. The campground is very clean and well maintained. The other campers are always very pleasant. It is pet friendly. There are a couple of nice playgrounds for the kids, a nice beach and the lake is beautiful and offers boating and fishing fun. We camp here several times each year and will continue to do so.

Enjoy the large sites and lots of green space for walking plus the views and also swimming and boating are good . Always very busy in summer but this year it also felt safe during the pandemic . One complaint we have .... people drive way too fast around the loops and often there are young children or people walking dogs so this is quite unsafe and needs to be addressed .

I appreciate that you are pet (dog) friendly. Our dog enjoys camping and we wouldn't want to leave her home. I think all campers are great at cleaning up after their pet. Lots of good place to take walks.
