Love this place. Spacious sites, well kept. Hiking, Fishing, boating and picnicking. Close to Wellsboro and Corning where a multitude of activities and places to see can be found.

This was our first COE campground. We were in Hawthorne loop site #35. It was paved and fairly level. We had full hookup. Each site had a picnic table and fire ring. We found our site to be spacious, though some of the other loops seemed to have sites closer together. Campground seemed well maintained. Our loop had a bathhouse and laundry. We would definitely stay here again.

Other than bathroom running out of toilet paper, staff was great and and helpful when ask.

The sites at Ives Run are large and the proximity to Wellsboro and Corning make it a perfect spot for vacationing. Always enjoy our time there.

Well we never went. My mother found out she had stage 4 lung cancer. We rushed home to Richmond a couple of weeks ago forgetting about this reservation. Sorry

As of June 21, playgrounds and swimming beach is still closed in compliance with Covid-19 protocols.

The camping spaces are nice, especially if you can get one that lines the woods. The swimming area is not bad, although the beach wasn't super clean from animal waste. All in all, a very relaxing and nice experience. Don't park on the grass though. A maintenance guy screamed at my sister for parking on the grass when she was visiting and didn't know the rules. Other camp groups such as Letchworth State Park do not have this rule.
