We loved our first visit to Ives Run and our first army Corp camping experience. We were enjoying it so much that we extended our stay. The campsites are spacious and well kept. It is quiet; very peaceful and pleasant. We discovered the nearby town of Wellesboro which is a perfect picturesque small town. We had an fantastic dinner at The Steakhouse which has been in business for over 50 years. We visited the PA Grand Canyon which we never knew existed. It was too hot to hike but the views overlooking the gorge were stunning. Well return for a nice hike on our next visit. Ives Run is a campground we will definitely revisit. Be aware that the camp store is not in operation so be prepared to purchase ice and wood prior to arriving. We were surprised by this.

We always enjoy our stay at ives run...the fish cleaning station was out of order but we made due...its a great lake for fishing which is our favorite thing to do.

We enjoyed our time here! So many areas/trails to explore on our bikes! Campground sites appear well kept and clean although bathrooms and shower house definitely showing their age. Site 71 has a nice view of the lake; the slope of the site required leveling blocks under the right side of our rig, and also under 2 legs of our camping table at fireside! Would love to return when we have time to explore more of this scenic area!

Need to go back to cleaning facilities more often than periodically.

Camped in site #71 for the first time. Hookups were very convenient to my water inlet and electric cord. Even though the site was paved, it had a considerable slope from side-to-side. An evergreen tree on the site provided nice shade in the afternoon. Unfortunately for some campers, the trees on their sites were heavily infested with gypsy moth larva, spoiling their stay.

Overall the park is beautiful. The only negative we had for all the 3 days was that our site was VERY unlevel. Even though there are concrete pads to park on, the one we had made it VERY DIFFICULT to level our camper. We will definitely go again, but choose a different site.

We were on a nice site with a view of the lake and boat launch. We traveled light this weekend so we picked up a pizza and sub from the Pump & Pantry in Tioga. Both were very good and the people in the store were friendly and outgoing. The weather was rainy but we were still able to get in a campfire for the two nights we were there. The neighbors were friendly and the camp was very quiet after dark. It was a nice weekend.

Level, Paved sites with good amount of room between others. Many trees offer shade. Some sites, while level where camper sits, are not level where picnic table and fire ring are placed. Shower facilities are limited.

It rained all weekend, but it was still nice to get away from everything.

We spent two separate visits at Ives run this year; July and October. Both times we stayed in Beech site 71 then 72. The loop is a little busier with the boat launch, but everyone was respectable with driving slowly. Overall, the campground is well maintained. Our 9 year old loved being able to hop on her bike to go to the swim area which was also very nice. We took our boat both trips. Lots of dock space available. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking and hiking while camping. We will definitely be back in 2021 for a few long weekends as well.

We love Ives Run and have a very relaxing, enjoyable time every time we stay there. We plan on doing several stays this year and are expecting to have the same great time that we always do.
