We love it here the only reason it doesnt get a excellent review is because there is no water hookups

Shenango was a decent campground. It seemed a little neglected for a Corps Of Engineers park. The bath houses are in need of updating and should be cleaned daily (there was a sign on the door stating they were only cleaned periodically). The grounds were in fair shape and the grass was newly cut. This park is in a nice location, but it seemed pretty clear it is need of some funding.

Overall it was a wonderful trip. We enjoy kayaking and swimming at the lake. Our only complaints were that the breaker was hanging off the electrical box when we arrived. They also did not have a single handicap accessible bathroom facility in the entire campground, despite advertising some of the loops as handicap accessible.

No where to put tents just gravel showed more yard and there wasnt even room for one little tent. Left didnt even stay.

Had trouble with my electric meter. Told camp host they told ranger. He came out I told him that when I curbed the switch on it fell into the box. He toyme no that the other switch was the 30 amp. He just didn’t want to deal with it.
