Great spot, not too close to the beach but not to far from the bathrooms. Wonderful spot with!

It was a perfect place to stay. I stayed in site 33. Very level site. Close to facility building if you need it. Nice little spot to pull my kayak on shore. The lake is a perfect kayak lake. The lake is in a valley that allows you to get to wind protected spots with no difficulty. I enjoyed bass fishing for two days. Cellphone coverage is spotty but you can find spots. I will go back.

Cedar Lake is an amazing place to stay. Good fishing and the walk around the lake is easy and enjoyable.

Pros: Beautiful campground, nice and level sites, swimming beach nearby, heated bathrooms with flush toilets and showers, hiking trail around lake is about 3 miles, 15 min from restaurants, groceries and laundry.Cons: For about a year now the showers are cold at Sandy Beach when they used to be warm, no soap in dispensers, and since no camp host while we were there, many dogs roam unleashed. This is not only annoying, but dangerous.

We enjoyed our time as always at Cedar lake, It always very clean around the campsites and bathrooms clean. There was not hot water in the men's bathroom and no soap in dispensers. I'm not sure what the deal was, this was a first time to be disappointed in the bathrooms there.

Cedar Lake is far and away the nicest, best maintained COE campground we've ever stayed at! The lake and surrounding area is absolutely beautiful, and the campground is clean, quiet, and very well cared for. We've already booked here again for next year!

Loved the campground although it probably gets pretty noisy on the weekends. If there was cell service with AT&T we would stay longer. Overall good experience.

We love the quiet and peacefulness of the lake and campgrounds. The bathrooms are warm and clean. We love the closeness to the lakes edge. There is no AT&T signal except a slight bit of reception in certain areas, but thats part of the beauty.

The most peaceful, scenic, pine-surrounded mountainous campsites in Oklahoma! The camping spots are far enough apart to feel private. Many are close to the water. Theyre kept clean, but be sure to bring shower shoes. They finally have the water warm enough in the showers. The hiking trail around the lake is very beautiful, but youll need a walking stick for the terrain. Weve been coming here almost 50 years and cant get enough. Be sure to dine at Southern Belle in Heavener!

This is Heaven in Oklahoma . One of the must visit areas for the the evergreen lover. Is well kept and campsites are all via paved access. NO SEWER, but good dump stations and adequate showers. Small fishing lake with a nice sandy beach area. NO LARGE BOATS. Great walking trail.

Patk is beautiful, our site was clean and had good view of lake. The trails we slightly over grown. A lot of cat tail like plants along shore line made it difficult to fish. Swimming hole was small and overcrowded

Very peaceful! Beautiful, level camping spots. Ours was near water making it easy to launch our kayaks. No cell signal. Hilly bicycling!
