All went well. Grounds were in good shape. Views were good. Trail around the lake was good. Now the 'bad', Some signage, especially the information bulletin boards, needs to be reconditioned. The trail could use some updated markers and signage. And some updating on the piers is needed. But still was excellent and will visit again.

We found the campsite after experiencing several dead ends and finally finding a park worker and getting directions. Signage needs improving. The site 27 at sandy beach campground was barely long enough to accommodate my 20 ft Geopro . Others with longer travel trailers had extreme difficulty and were unhappy. We booked 2 nights, stayed 1 and left. The fishing pier was nice and the tiny beach was tidy and accessible. We wont return. The previous 2 nights we spent at Beavers Bend, OK. Nice Nice Nice state park.

This was the most peaceful, clean, quiet and beautiful campground I've been to in Oklahoma. I can't wait to go back and stay longer. The camp hosts were a visible presence and they maintained the grounds and facilities wonderfully. Everything was clean; restrooms, trails, campsites. I so much appreciated the quietness of the campground, that made it possible to enjoy the beauty of the surroundings.

The park was excellent but, since this was our first time to visit this park and we did not know our way around, the directories were difficult to read making directions hard to follow. Also, the park maps left room for improvement.
Overall our stay was very enjoyable and we will definitely consider a return trip.

We love Cedar Lake. It’s quiet, lots of tall pines, clean bathrooms and showers, and a lovely trail.
