This is a fantastic spot. I love the greenery and the waterfalls. The nearby road makes it easy to get into the campsite, and it's a largely quiet road. So you don't listen to traffic all day and all night.

Fabulous Campground, campsites and location. Private path to river. Camp host is friendly and supplies generous firewood deals. Saw a huge mountain lion not far from the entrance near the road. I love this place. Check out Green Peak falls; its more spectacular than Alsea Falls in my opinion, but requires a little hike to get to.

The camping sites were private, the hikes were great. We were lucky with the weather, it was cool and a little wet. Our family had a great time and will return.

Clean, private site. Ours had a private path to the creek. Pit toilets but well maintained. Easy access to a couple trails leading to the waterfalls. Excellent mountain biking nearby as well.

Nice little campground with little noise and easy hikes nearby. Didn't try the bike trails, but biking on the road was comfortable and not dangerous.
Nice small, clean campground with nice trails nearby but our site was too close to the restroom and there was also an awful smell coming from the nearby water spigot drain. It was backed up and the smell permeated throughout the site. Very uncomfortable. Other than that....not bad.

Our site was spacious and well kept. Pretty much all the sites are separated by dense foliage for privacy. Site 02 has a small trail to the creek with your own little private creekside beach.

Mobile Data Speed Map

If there are speed tests submitted for a campground the campsite icons will be colored based on the average download speed and the border will be colored based on the average upload speed.
In this example Campsite #123 has very good download speeds and decent upload speeds. If a campsite has a solid yellow color it means there was no data speed detected in the test(s). Clicking on a campsite icon reveals more details.
