Campground site was super clean. Not even a leaf on the ground which was amazing since the whole campground is in a forest! Bathrooms were clean but old and worn. Flush toilets and sinks were working even though notice said no potable water, so just dont drink it. Host was walking the campground a few times, hung out at her site outside so she was easily accessible if needed. But do be aware of the harsh curb on all roads. Its made of rectangular blocks mortared together about 6 inches tall. We were towing a 22 TT and didnt have any problems but could harder on longer setups. Make sure the angle to back into your spot has enough room to back up. Site 12 was roomy and had side by side parking spots. Perfect for a towing setup. Lots of shade throughout campground from the high canopy trees. If you want to try e-bikes, Bike the Gorge starts at the parking lot on the other side of the highway (could walk there or drive). Lots of fun even with a bum knee! Would definitely return here! Word of caution- the campground and the parking lot by the boat launch is sketchy. My hubby said its where boats and RVs go to die. Lots of abandoned things and long term unkept residents.

Camp host was great. Restrooms were in need of major cleaning. The toilets were clean but the room and stalls over all were not, dead bug debris everywhere, live spiders and spider webs everywhere. Light fixtures, walls, skylight were full on dead bugs. Did not look like the light fixtures, walls, skylight or ceiling had been cleaned in years. Camp sights were great but road is tight for trailers over 24 feet. We have 26 foot Hideout it was very tight getting around the turns. The road has curb stones that have sharp edges. Camp host told me two 28 foot trailers had torn the sidewalls out of there trailer tires riding up or coming off the curb stones this year. Overall very nice campground if they get the restrooms cleaned up.

We loved it there. The campground was quiet. The grounds were well maintained. The host was informative. There were well signed trails nearby. We would definitely visit again!

Beautiful campground with sites that offered privacy.
Forest looking park near highway 84 but remote enough to avoid the traffic noise also from the freight trains

Wyeth has always been one of our favorite campgrounds. We try to stay here at least once a year for 4-5 days. There's easy access to several forest trails with streams, waterfalls, etc. Gas and supplies are available at nearby Cascade Locks and Hood River. The freeway and railroad sounds are faintly audible, but not a problem for us.
